13:37 - Only thing I would change is to reverse the location of the upstairs tub/shower with the closet. The shower is on top of the Master Bedroom and if there's any water leak (or future repairs), it will drip down onto the bed downstairs. Or maybe it's just my anxiety. Otherwise this is AMAZING.
