Takes me back to a ‘lightbulb’ logical phrase my maths teacher said for the first time to us way back in the mists of times past, (she said it so many times afterwards to ingrain it into us), “as long as you do exactly the same thing to both sides of the equation, it will remain equal”. Blimey! Was that really 46 years ago? Guess I’m not a ‘young whipper-snapper’ any more...geez...

Multiply by 2 gives 10x square - 17 x +3 =0. 10x 3 = 30 = 15 x 2 and their sum is 17. Hence factors are 1/5(5 x - 15)(5 x -2)= 0. Hence (x -3)(5x -2)=0 . So x= 3 and also x = 2/5. PSD.

Not wrong actually, when you are graphing in order to get the x intercepts you set y to 0 and if you need the y intercept you set x to 0 and based on those intercepts you get all your other points

Thank you :)
Tysm I am a learning this in 6th grare
Thank you
Can you add checking 🥺🥺🥺
Just multiply both sides by 2 and then factor it way more easier just in 1 min and ur way took u 8 min...
uhmm sir where did the 40 came from?
I don't understand too
wrong.... ordered pair must be (x , y), not (x , x)
