    Arm Extension to Sit Up - 4x10-12

      Bah, sounds easy... said somebody before dropping off mid-workout . LOL. Gonna give this a try. I'm a runner, my legs are massive and defined as hell... My upper body seems as if I was rescued from a trainwreck and they glued the wrong torso to the legs, LOL

    Mastered the arm extension situps now the now the rotations are getting there, so difficult to keep legs off the ground and in line 🤣

    The push pull kettlebell was great last week......Monday Friday pull Wednesday and Sunday push other days were cardio with Saturday off

    No homo, it was good seeing the end result of the work out. Solid core exercises and I’m glad that it works for the lower ab where I lack the most!!

    Have to keep pausing and playing the video to go through the exercise, tough with sweaty hands. I like it better when they just go through the whole workout on the video and you can easily follow along.

    Hi Alex, which is the weight you stimate more polivalent for having just 1 kettlebell at home to complement gym routine those days off?. 12kg, 10kg??. Thanks!

      @@michelevalletta3966it means that having your own Kettlebell you are independent, you do not care about the weather, the distance to your gym etc. Girya is a great teacher of life in general 'cos you lift it to be able to lift some serious weights during your life. And I do not mean kilograms or pounds. Have you seen what had happened to all the gyms in the world during pandemic? Thousands of disappointed folks, gyms going broke and so on. Save 2 month fee, wait and buy one of these guys, 16, 20, 24 whatever. Got the message? :)

    uhmmmm gonna substitute in 12 bicycle crunches for the half get-ups so I'm still working my core the same-ish amount..... I've tried to do half get-ups before, my arm always ends up swaying all over the place, and then I drop the kettlebell and my deltoid hurts for a minute or two...... not that much fun, and is hate to see that happening when I'm halfway through a workout.

      Sounds like you're using too heavy a kettlebell for the get up, try using a lower weight you should find that your arm is more steady. I had the same problem when first learning the Windmill move. I switched to a lower weight and found my arm was much steadier

      @@cj5768 yeah, I know. I don't have a lighter one, though - there's a 10kg and a 12kg. It doesn't help that I have really long arms (though they are proportional to the 5'11" rest of me, luckily), either.

    I've just attempted the rotation drop and can't hold my feet up off the floor, can I keep them on the floor or rest them on a low box until I get stronger?

    Currently doing all of your kettlebell workouts, how long does it normally take to complete an entire workout? Usually takes me more than 2 hours, which I hear is a little too much. Can I get some input from anyone?

    If I already have lean muscle , should I be doing circuit and HIIT Training at home ?#homefit
    or using basic weights and abs a way better way forward? (Diet too is a problem in lockdown)

      Mayank G yes ofcourse nutrition is essential for maintaining being lean. I suggest you do both hiit/circuit style, as well as some more resistance style training too. Basically just the way I have created the HomeFit plans buddy 😄👊

      It was great! You did a 6 minute Tabatha style ab routine that has become my staple. I do it at least 3 to 4 times a week and I feel like I'm ready to move on to 10 minutes.

      The abs twist / Russian twist is a very standard and beneficial exercise if done correctly!
