Im still buying gamepass becouse if you want to make a Mansion or just a normal size house, it Will probably look bad and noticeble. I still think multiple floor is one of the mist worth it gamepasses, (dosent beat advansed placement tho😅)
But the thing is (not being mean or anything just a heads up) you can’t actually build walls on roofs so you are either gonna have a balcony or a second floor with no walls
If you can't make a good house with one story then you definitely can't with more than one. There are plenty of TH-cam videos of people building with no game pass with good houses

Bloxburg should let people build 2 floor houses for free. And if you want more than 2 floors THEN you buy the gamepass
If they did that they would have to give everyone who bought it, their money back
