- After narrowly escaping the treachery of Order 66, Jedi Master Boltus finds himself adrift in the vast expanse of space aboard a forgotten relic from the Clone Wars era, a ghost ship haunted by memories of battles long past. For thirteen years, he roams the desolate corridors, his connection to the Force his only solace in the darkness.
Boltus sends a signal into the abyss, praying that it will reach a friendly presence in the cosmos. However, fate has other plans as his distress call catches the attention of none other than Darth Vader, the embodiment of the very darkness that shattered the Jedi Order.
"The Forgotten Jedi" has been a labour of love over the past 11 months. Despite the devastating setback of losing 80% of the original film due to a computer malfunction, I refused to abandon the project. The story's compelling nature compelled me to start anew, rebuilding the film from scratch. Now, against all odds, it stands complete.
Countless hours of dedication have gone into breathing life into every scene, infusing each frame with intricate detail. My goal was to create a cinematic experience where every moment offered something captivating, ensuring that viewers could pause at any point and discover something extraordinary.
To everyone who has supported this journey, I extend my deepest gratitude. Your encouragement has been invaluable. I present "The Forgotten Jedi" to you with pride, hoping that it resonates with you as much as it does with me. Thank you for watching, and may the Force be with you as you embark on this cinematic adventure.

man…. where to start here. this film was truly incredible in every way and i’m so glad i was able to be apart of it. the story telling was wonderful i loved all the transitions from the clone wars to the current time presenting master boltus as a formidable adversary. the fact anakin knew boltus during the clone war made their duel later on that much more impactful. all the creative moves that both vader and boltus used during the fight were awesome and so was the vfx which were extremely immersive. the music was also great and added to the atmosphere. I really can’t praise this project enough and once again i’m so glad you didn’t give up on it after you lost all the footage. excellent work man and MTFBWY❤️
A massive thank you for your incredible performance as Master Boltus, absolutely hit the nail on the head man. Boltus was a true warrior and vader knew that going into the fight.
Thank you for being a part of my film. I am truly glad you enjoyed it. I hope to work with you again 😊
Can't believe i almost skipped over this when it appeared in my TH-cam recommended. Fantastic use if stop motion, and great storytelling
Much appreciated man, I am glad you liked it!
Very good stop motion,but I still think that 13 years is an excessive amount of time for Boltus to be trapped in a ship ;-;
I still think it could have been 5 or 6 years, at least for me it makes more sense, so this movie would take place after or in the same period as Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order 🥸👍🏼
And the painted stormtroopers also fit well into this not-so-long-after-Order-66 time period.
Thank you for watching :) and I agree with you. I went a little overboard with the years that had passed looking back. If I made the film today I would have set it 6 to 9 years after.
Holy crap! That was fucking awesome! The gore and blood is amazing! The lightsaber fight scene and the explosion is awesome! And the fact the this jedi survive all by himself alone on a abandoned ship is amazing! 100/10 would watch this again!
Thank you so much for the kind words man, really happy you enjoyed it! Master Boltus is indeed a badass, especially when you think he would have had to kill every single clone on board single handed.
LOVED THIS PLEASE KEEP MAKIMG MORE THINGS LIKE THIS ALSO I feel really sad for that padawan at the start could you make a lore where she survived?
This is amazing
The hard cut to black after the clone point-blank shot the padawan gave me chills.
And hearing Vader say "No, let it rot" is just really cool.
@spencerdavid6331 Thank you man!! Glad you liked it, appreciate the feedback :)
Incredible!!! Get this man writing scripts for Disney!! Love the original story, incredibly refreshing!!!
Thank you mate!!
This was absolutely fantastic! Awesome work!!
Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed it
Absolutely beautiful...
Thank you 😊
What can I say other than! Bloody hell this is Amazing! It’s always great seeing Order 66! I especially like the Flashback to the Clone Wars! And the final fight between Darth and the Forgotten Jedi’ from when you think he’s Killed Vader till the part where Sith Lord stabs him with his own lightsaber and his guts floor in space! Very Brrual.
However that’s small compared to the clear attention to detail for such small project. From the ship and background character to the little glances, the storm trooper! It’s priceless 🤘 only someone who’s heart was into Star Wars could possibly make this
Thank you bro!
Epic,I liked the order 66 scene then the order 66 flashback and the remains of the dead clones in venators hallway while darth vader walked past them and of course the visit from luke to see the ghost of the jedi, very unique ideas you put in this stop motion.
Thank you very much for the kid words. Those were some of my favourite parts too.
Epic work really,I look forward to your other projects
The skeleton remains of the clones is astounding
Other than that, you’re stop motion compared to your previous takes it to a whole new level with the gore, where Vader kills the Imperial Officer that tries to kill him, and even piercing a lightsaber(including the hilt) through the Jedi Master’s body, not to mention Darth Vader/Anakin’s PTSD from the Clone Wars
Thank you so much man, wish I showed more skeleton remains in hindsight as there would have been at least 2000 clones on board during the clone wars and boltus would had had to kill them all to survive.
Thank you for your comment man it means a lot!
I also like love how you added the sound of sith stalker❤❤❤❤
Wow, you have a very good ear to pick that one out. Good job 😁😁 I absolutely love the concept of the sith stalker so I added it as a reference.
Man what a film! I don't necessarily know where to begin. I guess the impeccable editing and scene work, I felt engrossed in the world you made in this film. At times I really felt a sense of escapism especially during the fight scene. My favorite part was when vader used all the blasters to mow him down! I think it was very inventive and respected Vader as a combatant.
Thank you so much for the kind words friend! I'm glad you enjoyed it man. That is also one of my favourite moments from the picture :)
Man this was amazing better as always the use of effects and the way it blends in with stopmotion is very impressive and the story was well done as well your improving Bull keep this up 🔥🔥
Thank you so much. I'm glad you enjoyed the film :)
Absolutely stunning!! So awesome, a masterpiece!
Much appreciated bro!
Way too good man!
Thank you mate, much appreciated!
A new idea for the next stop motion: Maybe you could do a clone rebellion led by Captain Rex, where he and his rebel clones have to fight against Commander Cody and Imperial Deathtroopers and stormtroopers
Great idea man! There is definitely a story in there.
You’ve certainly outdone yourself. Amazing work! I love the shots where the camera rotates around the characters & the scene moves with them. Truly astonishing
Thank you so much bro, yeah those shots work so well. I'm definitely doing more of that in future films :)
What a masterpiece and so flawless I can't express how in all I am. These are the very films I hope to make one day. So well done can't wait to see more!
Much appreciated bro, I am so glad you liked it, thank you for watching and I am sure you will my friend.
Amazing work! Loved the special effects and use of ai voices. A behind the scenes would be awesome for this stop motion.
Thank you for watching it means alot.
I really wish I did some BTS shots as I was filming it, looking back.
Definitely for the next film :)
Man, absolutely worth all the hype. Amazing stuff, can't wait for more!
Thank you man!
You are a massive inspiration my friend!❤❤❤❤
Thank you buddy, much appreciated.
Your videos some how just get better each time
Thank you so much mate, that is always the goal :)
6:53 HOLY SHIT!!!
This was phenomenal! Seriously incredible job with this. This is one of the best fan films I’ve ever seen
Thank you so much for the kind words, I'm glad you enjoyed the film :)
Omg 😳 this is such a masterpiece it’s so well made everything is perfect the music the characters the story everything’s done so well I know it takes so much effort to make videos like this but it was worth it mate I enjoyed watching this should be proud of yourself
Thank you so much for the kind comment. It means a lot, and I'm glad you enjoyed the film 😊
Your welcome
One of the best Star Wars stop motions I’ve seen. The cinematography, the editing, the music, and the story are incredible!
And the ending is perfect too!
Thank you so much bro, much appreciated!
I also have a story idea it’s far into the future and not many Jedi are left and there’s scouts/hunters finding the remaining jedi as they were tricked into going to one planet to upbring the jedi order and they have a big Battle or something?
This was amazing, bro. Loved everything from the story to the visual effects. Great work!
Thanks a ton man, really glad you enjoyed :)
Brilliant! This is Star Wars, the way it is meant to be. The visual storytelling is excellent, leaves you wanting more and more. Great work man. Added to the badassery of Vader, the idea of him hunting down the forgotten Jedi is great. Boltus gave him a worthy fight.
Loved this. 💚👏👏
Thank you so much for watching man and for the kind words, I'm glad you enjoyed my film :) Boltus definitely tried his best and went out a true warrior.
Man I'm so glad I watched this. Although I'm late to the party, this was some of the best star wars stop motion work I've ever scene. The flashbacks, effects, and score were all wonderfully done. 10/10.
Thank you so much for watching man, I am glad you liked it!
@@RagingBullPictures Anytime!
10/10
Thank you so much, glad you liked it
Absolutely incredible job dude! What a stop motion... this was easily one of your best and you've already set such a high bar with prior films. I was enthralled from start to finish, you've once again effectively captured the dark and hopeless feeling one would expect from this era of the Star Wars galaxy's history. It's brutal, depressing, and gut wrenching every time you see the expanse of Imperial power. This is perfectly representative of the Rise of the Empire period and it fits your darker aesthetics and style like a glove.
Honestly I kind of felt like this stop motion was a spiritual sequel to your "Terror of the Empire" film from before, being about Vader hunting down the last survivors of the Jedi order. In fact, you cameoed the female Jedi from that film in the flashback sequence here right? (apologies if I'm mistaken) If so, I appreciate the subtle efforts towards building a consistent universe using your own creations alongside the film ones.
Just like before you do a great job portraying Vader as an unstoppable force of nature. He's as much a horror movie villain as he is a flawed, broken man. And that balance is a tough one to portray but this film in particular really showcased that duality. And the ending with Luke uncovering his father's crimes from a lifetime ago... perfect icing on the cake.
The environments and effects work is all top notch, you nailed the "feel" of the locales. From the cold sterile Imperial destroyer.. to the warm glows of Coruscant at golden hour... to the ghost ship of a rogue Venator. It's all well realized alongside your excellent sense for cinematography and stop motion skill. You're easily one of the best stopmotionists in the community right now, I can't believe the level of talent you bring to each and every fan film you produce. My favorite scene had to be when Vader cut through the blast door and the resulting explosion shot flames through the hole. Such a creative use of the environment I love it!
The voices were excellent this time too, I'm fascinated by the AI voicework and how good it sounds with the upgraded version here. That really does feel like a great option for us independent fanfilm creators, making due with shoestring budgets and creative filmmaking to make such quality results. The voice acting was great as well, I like how you incorporated both together here into the final product. It sounds natural and makes each character stand out.
10/10 great work my man. I know it couldn't have been easy having to restart production like that, but I'm so glad you did. The results speak for themselves, a classic Star Wars stopmotion with all the love and high production value I would expect from a visionary like yourself. Keep up the great work, and as always... may the force be with you.

Thank you so much for this incredibly thoughtful and long comment and feedback on this film. It is truly heartwarming to know you enjoyed this project. it's amazing to hear your appreciation for the many little details you've noticed in the film.
Indeed it is the successor to Terror of the Empire, its part of a sort of Anthology that I'm calling Tales from the Dark Times and you've got a good eye it is indeed the jedi from terror too, we will see more of her in future films I'm sure 😉.
I'm glad you liked the door scene too it was a very challenging scene to film, but I'm very happy with how it turned out, I added the sound of a tiger growling as the sound for the fire coming through the door too,
Really appreciate your amazing comment bro it seriously means the world to me to hear everyone's thoughts on this project (especially yours). Hope to work with you some day too, that would be amazing. Thanks again, and MTFBWY
The best one yet! Love the ending 😂
Wow! Just wow! This was truly amazing.
The animation, the editing, the story, the voices... everything was just perfect. I really enjoyed it, thank you. This is Star Wars.
Can't wait for more! ✌
Thank you so much my friend, I am glad you enjoyed it, more to come for sure!
Incredible work man! Great storytelling and cinematography, and your special effects were amazing as always! I loved the Clone Wars scenes that connected Anakin to Boltus, and the brutality of the fighting added a lot to the fear of Vader's character. I'm very happy that you managed to finish this project after your computer crashed and you lost your work, the final video really paid off!
Thank you for the kid words my friend, I'm so glad you liked it! 😊
This deserves to be Canon
Thank you friend, and thank you for watching.
@@RagingBullPictures as well as other videos
Dude this is excellent. I loved the clone wars flashbacks. That lightsaber fight between Boltus and Vader was absolutely incredible. Also, I’ll admit, I kinda enjoyed seeing the new clone mold get blown apart at 4:40
“You may have favor with the emperor, but not with me”. That line was chilling.
This is your best work by far and it leaves me and several others wondering what you’ll cook up next.
Thank you for the kind words mate :) got some pretty crazy unique ideas for future films so stay tuned 😉
A luta e também o vídeo ficou muito bom😊👍.
Brilliant.
Cheers man! Much appreciated.
This was pretty good. Nice to see you make another video after a while.
Couple things did bother me that I wanted to mention.
1. The AI, especially during the clone wars flashback sounded pretty spotty.
2. Why did the Jedi general just leave out all of the clones to rot. If he’s living there for thirteen years with them then that sounds like a good way to get diseases.
3. Why would that admiral even think about pulling a blaster pistol on Darth Vader. If he’s high ranking enough to stand by the emperor, he of all people would know just how bad of an idea that’d be. Plus, even if in some alternate universe in the multiverse he managed to shoot Darth Vader, he would either be shot by anyone around him, or he’d be executed for treason.
Thanks for watching bro, and these are all absolutely valid points too,
1. the AI is definitely hit and miss in some spots but thats how it goes, normally I'd use voice actors but for this project I decided not to. I will definitely take that on board for the next film.
2. As for Boltus leaving the clones everywhere there isnt a good excuse other than cool cinematography shots, I kind of like to think that he hasn't been to the bridge or to that part of the ship since that incident, after being so broken at the death of his Padwan.
Also, in my head, boltus probably killed at least 2000 clones on board over a good year of them hunting him, so that would be too many for him to dispose of.
3. In the original cut, krane was to have a much bigger role, being a head of the Dark Trooper program with his partner gideon in his mind maybe a program to replace vader? but due to the lost of original film I just killed him off in a very violent way to save refilming the scenes, and in my mind it would take him shooting vader to trigger this violent reaction, but he should know better its true but maybe he thought he was above even vader when he did it, or lack of oxygen to the brain after choking him 🤣.
Thank you for your feed back man it is much appreciated and I hope these answers might help the things that bothered you about the film.
@@RagingBullPictures Yeah that makes sense, thanks for answering. And tbf to the clone bodies, it did look pretty cool.
Hello, excellent video, editing I have history. I loved it. I also do stop motion, but they are not as fast as yours because I do it from a cell phone application, and they don't turn out as great, but I would like to know what program you use to edit, I just want to make a Star Wars movie, the revenge of the sith to be exact. but for that I need a good editing program, but I don't know. That's why I would like to know what editing program you use.
@dartsidiuss3526 Thank you most appreciated, I use a few different programs but my mains are sony vegas and adobe after effects.
You should make a series of Fan made Jedi survivors set after there experience and survival of order 66 called regardless of what figures you use
Star Wars: Tales of Order 66
I definitely have a post order 66 story in mind with a group of jedi Survivors on Jedah, had the idea in my mind for over a year now but hopefully I'll get to it soon.
Reach out to all favorite stop motion people see if they want used custom clone and mando and purge
Vader…..
Amazing video, what program did you use for the AI voices?
Yo, in the future if you need a voice actor for the clones feel free to let me know.
Will definitely take you up on that offer bro, big fan of your voice work too.
Looking forward to working with you in the not too distant future :)
Yo how did you get the voices?
Elevenlabs :)
Hey raging bull nice job using the 501st stormtroopers and are the clones in stormtrooper armor
@jaydenford5708 much appreciated man, thank you for watching.
@RagingBullPictures yeah and I wanted to ask are the clones in stormtrooper armor
@jaydenford5708 Only the boys in blue (the 501st) the Purge troopers are also clones :)
@RagingBullPictures wow vader really didn't want to replace his boys
Well man, ugly truth is the clones were brainwashed to simply do this: follow orders. No malice, not hatred. Just obeying orders. However Palpatine NEVER turned the Jedi Temple into the Imperial Palace. AT ALL. IN ANY WAY
The comics and the game Jedi survivor confirmed that Palpatine did infact turn the Jedi temple into an imperial palace.
@@alecjackman2655 And any true fan can tell you that’s 100% bullshit. In the true canon, he never turned the Jedi Temple into his palace. AT ALL. In ANY WAY. Only an idiot would think that’s a good idea
@@MrWill9002 How is it stupid? It’s basically the biggest “F you” Palpatine could give the Jedi. The grounds the temple was built on have already been claimed and reclaimed back and forth between the Jedi and Sith for thousands of years.
@@alecjackman2655 Spoken like a true idiot. He’s a megalomaniac. In the true canon he set up his palace in the tallest building on Coruscant, the Palace of the Republic. Again, only a brainless idiot would think making the Jedi Temple into the palace is a good idea. Your words are proving you clearly are a Mike Teavee (you cannot think, you only see)
@@alecjackman2655 Oh and as a matter of fact, the Sith NEVER had ground on there.
Why 13 years ?
No real reason, just wanted there to be alot of time that had passed so we can see the ship begin to rot. Thanks for watching :)
Bro the ai voices are hilarious 😂😂
