The land was donated to the People of Austria, by the Von Trapp family, just before the German occupation of WW2. It is only a very short distance from where Maria (Julie Andrews) singing the Sound Of Music was filmed. The Chapple was actually built after the war in around 1947.

I've always considered this song as 1 of the 2 greatest songs ever written (the other being "Amazing Grace"). And the guys do FANTASTIC jobs on both of them!! This was the 2nd video I ever saw of theirs. The lady I worked with at Waffle House knew that I was an Oaks fan from back in the early 70s and got me to watch "Elvira". I was intrigued with it but I was still die-hard Pentatonix. Then I saw Home Free had done this song. I watched this video for the 1st time and instantly became a Home Fry 4 Life!! The hymn has always given me chills but this version is even better if that's even possible. My favorite version by far...
