Hello, I am going to attempt to make one of these for my sister's baby shower…The electric pump is very loud, and we are have it at a restaurant… Do you think I could blow up most of the balloons the night before and transport them in trash bags? Then just assemelment them at restaurant… using a hand pump for the smaller/ filler balloons. Any thoughts??
