    Sir, Bakit po dalawa ang price 1,500 per sqm and 2,000? Alin po tlga dyan ang price? Salamat

      Sir yung 1500 po kung isang titulo po ang kukunin., negotiable pa po din yun.
      yung 2000 nmn po kung lote lng po ang kukunin. final price po sa seller napo natin inegotiate.👌🙂
