Satsang has grown but Satsangis have no integration. It is because we are not ideal centric. We have become self- centric in our endeavours. Ideal centric approach is the need of the hour. Satsang has not grown the way it should have been from the beginning. The Ritwik Sangh created by Satsang has not delivered its historic duty to the mankind. Sri Sri Thakur had confessed during his life time that what he was aspiring to accomplish had failed miserably. It is due to the introduction of ALLOWANCE for the Ritwiks. Ritwiks have taken the Satsang as a money earning venture. So proper concept of Satsang as per Sri Sri Thakur has not reached the general mass in particular. As you say that we don't know why we are Hindus, what is Dharma, are not known to many. Proper Jajjan is very vital with a concentric urge to infuse in mass as well as in class. There is no balance between mass and class. This balance is urgently necessary. From the very beginning of Satsang,Sri Sri Thakur emphasized on compatible marriage, but that aspect has also been neglected. Without right type of men nothing can be achieved. But with all the deficiencies,we must roll on over the world like the flood with a message of life and growth on and on. This is the only way.
