Tools required:
1. 17 number ka spanner ya hex socket
2. 10 12 aur 8 no ka spanner ya wrench
3. Ek smal size ka hammer
4. Aur ek screwdriver
Process:
Friends I am using the Yamaha FZS version 2, I will change the swing arm Bush and swing arm rod: You already know that we need to stand the motorcycle on a plane surface, and initially, we need to unscrew the seats so that we can able to get access the side panel. After opening the side panel with the help of a screwdriver, we need to dismantle the rear wheel. To do the task I will use the #17 spanner on one side and on the other side #22 spanner.
And as you know we need to detach the excel bolt. Then we need to separate the chain from the wheel. If there is a real disc brake then slide the caliper, Now to get access to the swing arm we need to open the mudguard. You can find two bolts attached to the Mudguard. After losing the bolts mudguard will automatically be detached. Now opening the swing arm is quite easy. But we need to do one more small task. With the help of the #18 spanner, we will lose the soccer bolt.
After opening the soccer world to open the swing arm we need to set the hex socket on one side. And on the other side, we need to use the number 17 spanner. And we will lose the swing arm bolt. After opening the nut and bolt the swing arm will automatically be detached. After opening the caps the swing arm rod will be there.
Now to open the suspension Bush from the swing arm. We need to push with a hammer. And with the help of a rod the swing arm Bush will be opened. In the case of FZS version 2, two maximum one side Bush may be hampered. While opening the boost if it is breakdown then also it will be OK. We need to separate the boost from the arm at any cost.
As you can see after opening the Bush we need to use the Yamaha genuine swing arm Bush, which cost around rupees 506. And collar means swing arm rod. Cost around rupees 190. But in this process, we need to install the swing arm Bush first, Before installing we need to apply the grease so that the grease prevents moisture and water
After applying the grace we need to install the bush with the help of a hammer. If you want you can use the old bush to push the new bush. After installing both side bushes. After airplane grease on the rod, we need to insert it and we need to install the caps. Now the time is to assemble. But the important is we need to install the chain first, then as you know we need to install the swing arm with the help of #17 spanner. We will tie the swing arm bolt. And the next process you already know, we will address the soccer with the swing arm. We will tighten this nut and bolt and we will install the mudguard. Now to install the rear wheel, and if you have a rare disk caliper in the motorcycle, then install the disc caliper first and after that attach the wheel because we do have not to change the chain adjuster, so we will just install it. No need to adjust the chain further. And in this process whichever parts you are dismantling please keep these in the same place. To make the installation process easy and you can observe whether any parts are missing or not.
