18:30 Glooscap is a mythological hero from Native American mythology, from the nations in the North New England area - if you have a high enough intelligence stat, your character recognizes the name from the legend, and can ask if they're the same being. I had bonus stats through Skills and a few positive mutations from Bombastic Perks, and there's a very cool interaction if you have 14+ intelligence, I love this. You can recite the legends to him, ask if he has a twin brother Malsumis (who is the malevolent spirit of chaos, who would lie about who he is), accuse him of being him, to which he replies that if he were, you would be in danger, and that his brother (Glooscap, spirit of good - you, he's implying) would stop him. Then you can challenge him to a fight, calling him Malsumis, which causes him to become hostile. He's very fast and strong, and killed me before I knew what happened. Interesting to think about what his relationship to the Malignance might be.
The Mi-Go are actually useful in this situation. They investigate noise and attack zombies so some of them could easily be lured into the resort by setting off an alarm or using a vehicle. The Mi-Go will probably kill all the zombies and will likely either be bleeding out or dead
Beginner tip: (!!!MINOR SPOILER WARNING!!!) As rycon demonstrated in this video, do not underestimate Mi-Go. They will mess you up, and can easily kill you. If push comes to shove, you can often climb a tree or a downspout to get a reprieve. Be careful though, because they CAN and WILL climb stairs and ladders!
@@WumboGuy And treat the Slaver ones as 'shotgun pain-injectors'. They can't reach as far but they can blast you with stunning levels of pain (instant Debilitating Pain). Designed to incapacitate you with pain and capture you.
Guess what, my character experienced too much nightmares to the point he can use dreams for crafting. I am not joking. Its in my silent gameplay. The pharmacy loot is amazing.

I second this message, don't take on a mi-go early game unless you have a gun. Just don't let them get close.

What can they craft?
Dreamdross items, but technically he doesn't have skills to craft it yet. He just can, yet.
Thanks for another great episode 🦚

The animals in Cata don't have hunger fully stimulated yet, the way that I imagine it is Pickle feeding her every morning
Best wishes
