About Engfah suede from her old company for my opinion Fah has a big chance to win the case, I'm not a lawyer but base what I heard from Engfah interviews before she said she's signed the 10 years contract when she was 17 years old as a singer performer or recorder...of that recording company...but she didn't get good break as a artist..in her 10 years contract she got only 4 single album if I'm not wrong, two was released on 2015 and other two released on 2016, after that she didn't get another album, she working at that company more as a office clerk not as a artist and her salary doesn't enough for her since she's has a mother and she's a big winner of her family so she find another job to earned more money... she's went to the voice Thailand show but she's quite because of the contract then she's apologize to the company which the voice show was related to her contact,but according to Engfah the company said her that she enter any show except singing contests.. then she went to Beauty pageant for Miss Grand supan but she withdraw it because of the contract, because the company question against her, but these year 2022 she decided to enter the beauty pageant for Miss Grand Bangkok because of her age she's already 27 and the contract almost end... either the company like or not...she won as a MGT Bangkok then won the golden crown as a MGT 2022...now the recording company suede her,,, why because she's became famous now and earned more money, why they didn't give Engfah opportunity before? Engfah is very talented... according to fah she's went to the beauty pageant no one helping her...the company never help her...if they sued Fah now because they are interested of faf fame... because of money...its too disgusting....but for me that company no chance to win that case against Fah, first Fah never broke the contract, as long as she's didn't sign another contract to the other company she no violence of her old company... Engfah is Beauty queen now...she working as a Beauty queen and not as a singer so which the wrong of it, which the violence of it... about the concert is not related as a singer recorder... she's has a concert because she's a beauty queen and she's a Singer too and she did a concert because of her big fandom...its dedicated to her fans....

Engfah had signed a contract with recording company almost 10 years ago, she's signed it when she was 17 years old because of her father was on hospital due to terminal cancer...her family need a financial on that time so Engfah of her young age didn't know anything so she's signed the the contract for 10 years of that recording company as a singer performer but her father past away after she's signed a contract..suddenly Engfah didn't get a good break as a singer performer she's only got 4 singles songs, the two songs was released on 2015 and other two was on 2016, after that Engfah didn't get another record song...she working at the company as a office clerk.. according to Engfah her salary doesn't enough because she has a mother she has a bride winner of her family.. so Engfah wanted another job to earned more money, she went to the voice Thailand show but she's quite because of the contract and she apologize to the company and they became okay..then the company said her she can enter any show except singing contests since she's has a contract with them...so Engfah went to the beauty pageant of Miss Grand supan, last 2020 but the company question again her so Engfah quoted again the beauty pageant..but these year 2022 Engfah decided to went a beauty pageant again for a Miss Grand Thailand Bangkok..Since she's already 27 and the contract is about to end.. because she's signed the contract when she's was 17 years old so it's almost end when she became 28 next year on February 15, 2023. She won as a MGT Bangkok then she won a golden crown as Miss Grand Thailand 2022, so the old company interested of her and made the contract to 12 years but according to Engfah the contract was only 10 years and she signed the contract as a singer performer not beauty queen so for me its not related to the contract what she has now... because she's signed a contract of nawatv company as a beauty queen not singer performer so for me Engfah didn't broke the contract...and the concert was a grand concert since Engfah was a Miss Grand Thailand 2022...but the recording company sue her 1.2 billion bah because of the contract?? For me too disgusting...its over reacted maybe because Engfah was a famous now...but before why they never give Engfah opportunity to become a famous since Engfah was very talented before... according to Engfah she went to the beauty pageant at MGT Bangkok by her own foot no one helping her..the recording company never help her but when she won the crown now they interested of her....its so disgusting...but Boss Nawat said he defend Engfah and fight to the old company at the court until his last breath...he didn't let anyone to hurt Engfah he promised it during the concert....
