Rules:
1. I am ONLY allowed to enter a chunk if I've bought it with ClueCoins.
2. Under NO circumstance can I enter a locked chunk.
I can however tellygrab items/cast spells on NPC's outside of my available chunks as long as I don't step foot into unchartered territory.
3. If a dungeon entrance is located in an unlocked chunk, we've unlocked the entirety of the dungeon
FAQ:
Q: Why did you choose Lumbridge as your spawn chunk?
A: Lumbridge has the best position for Beginner clues, not only to get them (goblins) but also complete them as most beginner clue steps are in Lumbridge.
(If beginner clues didn't exist and I had to start at Easies, I would've started in Falador)
Q: What stops you from just grinding Beginner Clues until everything is unlocked?
A: Content Creation. I know doing beginner clues isn't entertaining so for the sake of creating interesting videos I will keep trying to improve the clues and will be going for master clues eventually.
Q: Why Ultimate Ironman?
A: After saying I'd never play a UIM, I realised I'm a lazy gamer and Shattered Relics league made me realise I hate bankstanding, so I figured: Why not try it! It seems great to constantly have everything on my person.

The amount of goblin bones buried in lumbridge at this point, brings up a valid question, how is there still pavement and grass at this point it should just be a glorified landfill.

not sure if this has come up, but since UIM death piles were updated to only countdown when logged in, I think you could continue to juggle a clue between game sessions.

I believe he mentioned that putting teleports into the master scroll book would make it no longer tradeable, which I think means he wouldn’t be able to store it in his looting bag anymore so it would be taking an inventory spot.
