Hardpoint Shipment is the best map for it, because you can usually get 50-60 kills on average. In other words, it can work with 5-6 guns to grind for the diamond camo. However, DO NOT waste your kills with scorestreaks, which would just not make this method effective enough. Trust me, I have tried this and it actually works well.
