Poof a couple things considering I’ve been waiting for this video specifically for years now 1. Look up how to use backspin 2. Use the ticker on the power gauge more and take fuller swings. 3. It’s all in the hips
Also, the scale of the power guage assumes the hole was flat... If your shot is downhill, your ball will land further, if its uphill it will go less far. And, in general, the further the club hits, the less wind it catches (relatively). I got this achievement a week ago, and I wish you all the luck, cause you will need it hahaha
I have a -21 in this game and can consistently get -18 and -19s. Would love to give you some tips. 1- back swing and forward needs to be 1 fluent motion. You will find this to be more consistent. 2- learn backspin to utilize in situations where you can’t risk going long. Cut your forward swing off half way through. Feel like you’re bringing your backswing up and chop at the ground. Your ball will bounce once then spin back. 3- when putting, I found it easier to use the same speed on your forward swing every time. Distance will depend on how far you bring your backswing back. 4- play your rounds all the way through and look up TH-cam videos on finding your shortcuts. This is a need. I’m not even sure it’s possible to get ace of clubs if you don’t use these tips. It will take a lot of hours to get but you will see yourself get closer and closer if you use these tips. Amazing feeling when you get it. Good luck I hope this helps.
I have a 21 under par record too. But yes being able to spin shots on command is an absolute must. I do struggle with putting at times I'll try your tip
Yeah I have a -21 PR too and it does take a lot of practice but once you know where to hit it and once you know the greens well and get good at putting then -18 is pretty easy
Agree with everything! As hard as it is not to just restart play all the holes because you need to learn the greens! I played this game so much I knew exactly where to aim each putt it would just depend on if I mess up the power once every now and then. I was so addicted to this then my wii broke :(
I remember getting this as a kid. It took me so long. I found out it kinda helps playing rounds all the way through to get practice on the later holes because they get harder
@@ItsYaBoi-iy5fiplus if he just completed a single round the chance of him getting at least 1 or 2 stamps is pretty damn high but he’s too much of a perfectionist and insists on getting them all at once
This stamp would be actually uncollected by anyone in the real world. The best score anyone's ever gotten in golf is -16. So the game's asking you to do something that's never been done, even by professional golfers
This is actually untrue. There have been several professionally recorded holes lower than 16, with the lowest at professional level being 55 at the river oaks golf club, recognized by Guinness on a 15 course track.
Why does this complete bullshit have 100 likes lmao people just see it and think it must be true because why tf would anyone lie about something so random? A simple Google search for "best golf score" can tell you: The lowest officially recorded 18-hole golf score is 55, achieved by Rhein Gibson at the River Oaks Golf Club in Edmond, Oklahoma on May 12, 2012. Gibson's score included 12 birdies, two eagles, and one hole in one on a par 71.
Every course is so different that the record is basically meaningless, I'm sure it's a fantastic round but there's no way it's the best round of golf ever played
Are we talking real golf or this because if your saying real golf your talking about something totally different because Wii sports and I believe Wii resort has a different let’s say physics engine to ours because I’ve seen and have done a thing where like in one of his videos and I my own time
I had it so the ball would go in and bounce out of the hole and stay there so I go from scoring to literally shitting myself because of how dumb that is so yeah I don’t think your talking about Wii sports your talking about real sports
Here, we see the majestic Poofesure in its natural habitat. Though usually not an aggressive creature, if provoked, it will respond. Here, it is being harassed by its prey. The Poofesure, in response, instantly gets a tight grip and beats its prey to death. The ambulances will have to wait their turn.
Sadly poof the better you do in the beginning the quicker the game becomes intentionally harder as you progress through the holes. There are 2 sets of 2 flag positions, one set place the hole on a more forgiving spot on the green, while the other will give spots that are on slopes and weirder corners of the green that often aren't easy to even bounce or roll close to. If you've been getting birdies for the first 4-5 holes then you can bet the games gonna switch over to the harder green positions to keep challenging you. Also regarding putting sensitivity, it becomes markedly easier to tune the strength of your putt if you hold the wii remote pointing downward as if you're actually holding a putter. Hope this can help if you didn't know already, keen to see you succeed in the resort stamps endeavour. Good luck!
I personally just hold my Wii remote pointing toward the TV and just move it to the left while holding it flat to putt in wii sports resort (autocorrect is literally inconsistent at capitalizing Wii lol) and that’s what works best for me. My record is currently -15 in resort
As someone who has gotten this stamp before, my advice to you is try to play through all 18 holes, you will keep lowering your high score over and over and you can get practice on each hole. In general try to avoid restarting.
I GRINDED Wii Sports Resort growing up. I am fortunate to have this stamp, shooting a best -22. But it took a very long time… The trick I found was the Par 5’s. Those are the easiest to birdie, and eagle. My best runs were Par 5’s being downwind. You can get to the green in 2 shots. And 1 putt. Best advice, downwind, the ball will continue to roll a lot. Into the wind, the ball stops very quickly. There are other factors, but that’s a general rule of thumb. Goodluck!
My personal record is -23, but I played for far too long to get that record. For casuals, this is just disgustingly difficult. Poof wasn't even getting to the hard holes. Holes 3 and 9 are luck holes in terms of the wind, and holes 4-8 are all brutal in their own right, especially 6 and 7 imo.
Hole 7: aims 8 ft to the right. Is surprised it missed wide right. Hole 4: aims right and is upset it wasnt even close to going in. Hole 3: aims at tree, surprised it hit tree

@@ragnaricstudios5888 Fair, but a lot of the enjoyment I get out of this is the schadenfreude that incurs from watching him repeatedly fail due to his own impatience and/or lack of understanding of the game mechanics. And occasionally genuine failings of the game itself.
Honestly, I think your best bets at getting this stamp comes down to a ton of practice. I'd say going for -3s on the six three-hole courses would be a good way to prepare, just so you don't get blindsided by a tough course deep into a run. Following that up with -9s on the two nine-hole courses would be great practice too. Good luck with this stamp, Poof.
I have 2 things that may help you. 1. Cutting off your swing early gives the ball backspin. 2. The reason that it curves to my knowledge is you turned your Wii remote to the side. Keep it straight. Also a bonus, you got a Hole in One with 500 mph winds, and you can get it without.
Well, well, well. Good to see Poofesure now going to get the stamps for Golf now. I do remember seeing one of his old videos of the sport that made him break a Wii Remote. I believe it’s been over 5 years since he first uploaded videos of the game just like Wii Party. Crazy how time is flying by fast.
It’s funny because the same day I watched a TH-cam short on the easiest and the hardest stamps to get and the Ace of clubs appeared in that video, and I thought to myself, “I can’t wait for Poof to attempt that stamp”
The wind is always the worst/most important part. I saw you were reading the greens on chips but i find the best way is almost ignore it, unless it's a crazy slope, and focus on the wind. Opposite to how you'd do it irl really. Love the series and good luck! ❤
If you chop at the ball more you can create backspin on the ball which then rolls backwards on balls on the green hope this helps. I’ve played the game forever and don’t have this stamp
I remember this one not being too bad. All comes down to eagles on the par 5. The spin control made this game pretty easy to get birdies. Tip to poof... if you hit more at the ground you get backspin
Hey dude, the wii controller reacts to wrist movements. So your ball goes right because your wrist moves, allowing the controller to go open and detect that motion
This stamp took me hours to get. I will say it is good to fully complete each round, as you get more experience on the trickier holes. This gives you extra practice, and helps lower your rage levels. Expect to choke several times here. I personally choked a couple times on Hole 17, hitting the ball in the water. Heartbreak will be the norm for this stamp. 💔 In summary, expect to practice a LOT for this stamp. If you can get the Wii Sports Golf platinums, you can get the Ace of Clubs. Good luck! ⛳️
Hey Poof! Love your content. The best strategy seems to be to practice the last 3 holes. Once you master that, do the 2nd-last 3 holes, and once there do the last 9 holes. Repeat this process for the first half and you'll get the stamp in no time!
Here are some tips from experience in getting this stamp. On any par 3 hole, backspin is your best friend! You can apply backspin by stopping your swing near the ground and not following through, as long as you're using an iron or a wedge. On hole 2, you're going downhill, so it requires less power than you think. On hole 4, use a 3 iron instead of a 5 iron, unless the wind is at your back. On hole 6, use a 3 wood on the first shot, which will make you land a little further back and make it easier to clear those trees on the second shot. Put backspin on the ball on shot 2 so that it doesn't go rolling down the hill as much. On hole 8, it's going downhill again, so you have to be careful. The green is also terrible and way more sloped than you think. On hole 9, you can sometimes make it across on your second shot, but only if you have 0 wind or wind at your back. Otherwise, hit a soft 3 wood (2 bars) for your second shot. I like to only go into hole 10 if I have a score of -7 or better. Don't worry about being a little behind going into the back 9, because it's easier to get eagles on more holes in the back 9 than on the front 9. On hole 12, I find it easier to go for that little island of fairway, but only do that if you can consistently hit straight and with 3.5 bars. On hole 14, if you're feeling brave, you can cut quite a lot through the trees, especially if the wind is helping you. On hole 16, only go through the trees if you have wind behind you or in your face (or light wind), and be sure to hit a full bar, otherwise you will hit the trees and go out of bounds. Or you can just go around to be safe. Hole 17 is the worst hole in the game for this. I pretty much always accept that I'm going to get a par on 17 unless something drastically good happens. Don't be tempted to use a 3 iron, since you're going uphill. Always use 3 wood or even driver if you have strong wind in your face. On hole 18, you can usually cut across to the far island on your first shot, which will set you up nicely for an eagle. If you have more than 4 mph wind in your face, you shouldn't do that though. I hope this helps! This task will start to feel much more attainable as you play more through all 18 holes and get to know them all better. I would recommend playing several rounds all the way through, and trying to get the -9 stamp before the -18 stamp to get some experience with all the holes. Good luck!
Got really excited when I saw this video pop up. I got this stamp over the summer. The first score I posted was -5, and it took me 26 days, probably about 3 hours per day, to get to -18.
This stamp will be hard! I can say from experience and from watching other people. To give you an idea, this was one of the last stamps that Nicro went for when he was first collecting them all and it took him like almost a week of streaming it in order for him to finally get it. I myself have gotten it in expert mode (no hud mode) and that took me like a month, and I've already gotten it multiple times on regular mode! Just keep practicing and learn the mechanics. The hole in one will eventually come naturally just by playing. Ace of clubs on the other hand, it WILL be a challenge!
As someone who has this stamp, this one scares me, it took me few attempts in resort but a whole month in Wii sports club. I recommend to play all the way through so you can have an idea for the later holes
For real, idk what makes wii sports club so much harder than wii sports resort, but in resort I have -15, and in club I have -4. In club I’m somehow so much worse at judging wind/hills, like something’s just different with club
Having a look at some of the comments here and I think they prove the point perfectly. Golf is one of the most skill-based sports across the series, definitively a pro player's favourite (not mine tho I'm a Bowling fan). Because of the length and consistency needed to get -18, there's no chance of just getting lucky one time and getting away with it. Averaging a birdie per hole, getting an eagle wherever possible will only give you one extra chance to make a mistake (ie. a Par), so you'll still need to play well after getting one. Because it's so skill based people can consistently get -18, but only after encountering tricky situations and correcting them, using setups and fully utilising all of the techniques the sport offers. If you're a more rounded player across the sports rather than a golf specialist, this one will take a lot of dedication to get. Resort golf is one of my weakest and least favourite iterations in the series, so that may play into why I considered it the hardest.
My personal best is -18. It took me about 200 rounds this year and that was after growing up with the game with the Wii being my own console. I have made 2 hole in only in I’d say over 750 rounds. Poof has decades of content coming

I just started playing Wii sports resort golf about a week ago, and let me tell you, it’s been a journey. I started off with a +10 on the first play through. Then I refined my swinging technique, and went par for the course my next game. Then I got a -4, then a -10. I inched my way up to -13, -14, -15, and this is when I got super frustrated and overwhelmed by the difficulty. I wasn’t getting any runs past 9 holes on pace. But yesterday I got a run -8 after the first 9 holes. I was behind but it was possible. I just kept going and got 2 eagles and all birdies but 1 par. I was -17 through 17 holes. Just needed a birdie. I got an eagle and a -19. Poof, you got it. It’s possible, genuinely frustrating, it’s sucks, and may be the hardest thing you ever do. I hope that helps you!
4:35 this is my least favorite hole and this is where I screwed up 90% of the time. From the tea box there's a huge pine tree blocking the fairway and it's the most unforgiving par 4 in all of 18 holes. The green is super hilly and it should just become a small par 5.
One thing you could try is play all 18 holes and get used to them. It’d be painstaking work, but it could pay off. But good luck to either way you choose!
In solidarity of Poofesure, I will also be taking part in “No breaking a TV November” Where I won’t break a TV the entire month. Anyone else wanna try it?
Hey not so pro tip. (I got close to ace of clubs) but on the whole Wind factor in my experience 0-7mph basically has little to no change no need to comp 8-14mph has little impact so comp just a smidge 15-20mph has a big diff like comp a little more than you think. 21+ wayyy more comp than you think. ALSO depending on when you get wind and the speed will determine the direction and speed of later holes (don't know exact numbers) ex: Hole 1 0mph SE would mean (also it is directional regardless of speed) Hole 7 would have 14mph at direct EAST (these aren't the actual numbers but it's the formula) I love angry Poof but also I do want to help. Also lets be honest no amount of additional info will help all to much you'll still need several TV's

Hey dude, the wii controller reacts to wrist movements. So your ball goes right because your wrist moves, allowing the controller to go open and detect that motion
Yay! Another year of Golf Achievements to watch Poof lose his sanity over!
5:00 I think that would’ve been an eagle right off the rip
You cannot avoid throwing punches. We will keep hounding you about it. Like to finish it once and for all
FOREVERRRRR
He will come back to it soon
6:43 You know it's gonna be good when the SHaR OST kicks in
9:02 i just know bro said something diabolical 💀
No breaking TV November, let’s see if poof can live up to it.
Probs not
He’ll relapse the next stamp vid no doubt
Woa! wii sports resort so fun if you play with your friends.
I'm glad that there's a playlist of these videos to fall asleep to. It's just relaxing to hear his screams and rage, music to my ears😋❤️
In summary, expect to practice a LOT for this stamp.
Good luck!
This may take years of TVs
I love when poofesure stamped all over the place
Practice all holes before going for attempts so you don't get to the end and choke because you don't know the later holes well
Got really excited when I saw this video pop up. I got this stamp over the summer. The first score I posted was -5, and it took me 26 days, probably about 3 hours per day, to get to -18.
bro went through denial and then justification (rationalizing) at the end of the video 😂😂
12:38 that putter shot shocked us all 😂😂😂
Lest we forget how long it took him to get the target practice platinum medal. But that kind of patience may have left him.
LMAOOOO IKR
I believe that after enough time Poof can achieve super saiyan
9:38 Toad going over a speed bump in Mario kart.
Poof should go for king of clubs first, so he gets practice on every hole and doesnt get his confidence shattered every time he doesnt birdie
“There’s a certain serendipity to it.”
Well, that sure is serene.
9:36 poof screaming like he's in Luigi's Mansion
15:17 poof saying sus shit
10:58 poof michigan lore
the reason for some of the seeming inconsistency with distance has to do with an uphill hole vs downhill hole. Hope this helps!
This TV must sweat nervously every time Poof boots up wii games.
Poof, you can create backspin on the ball by swinging regularly, but then stopping at the bottom of your swing which creates the backspin
We love tough hole placement. 13:34
"No más, por favor" Loved it 😂
I feel like this is gonna be the grande finale. Poof getting all stampa, becoming an ultimate Wii Legend and then never touch a wii remote again.

Poofesure playing papas games: "hey there its josh welcome to lets game it out and were gonna be lagging our pc with beans today"
I'm always surprised how good poof is at math and his percent estimations.
this makes me excited for 3+ hour streams of attempting this. Brings me back to attempting the perfect game in bowling (the first time).
I bet he will have -18 TVs before he gets -18 in this
As soon as the music started I knew the back to back fails were coming
I can't wait to see him complain about the amount of time it will take to get all the stamps in Island Flyover.
13:58 Hole 6 is deceptively hard. I always start with a 3 wood on my first shot so that I'm further back and have more room to get over the trees
I love the little reference to that song by “Grits”, he definitely aged himself with that one lol
One thing you could try is play all 18 holes and get used to them. It’d be painstaking work, but it could pay off. But good luck to either way you choose!

It is cool coming back to the channel after long break and seeing how much better he is
It took me 2-3 months of playing almost daily to get it
(I also play golf irl just so you know)
07:00 the fun begins yet again
21:20 "I'm already behind schedule now" 😂 poor poofesure..
2:43 For Poof, wont be peaceful for long
9:35 toad when you fall in lava in super mario bros wii:
It’ll be 2026 by the time he gets all of the stamps in this game
In solidarity of Poofesure, I will also be taking part in “No breaking a TV November” Where I won’t break a TV the entire month.
Anyone else wanna try it?
Yeah, and I’ll definitely be successful
13:40 I can’t believe Wii Sports did that. That’s considered an illegal hole.
Lol, Poof is going to be missing the days of Wii Sports platinum medals working on Wii Sports Resort stamps.
