Girl you got me excited to make my very own zines😍 There's a cool indie artist's market that settles every sunday on a cultural side of my city, and now I'm thinking all on making my zines and sell them!🤩
What I do when binding is I always try to create mock-ups, like printed on copy paper or something cheaper than the actual zine so I don't end up experimenting on any of my actual prints (mostly because printing in my country can be pretty expensive and I don't know any print shops in my area). If you have any spreads in your zines it's always good to just print the pages as spreads so if ever you want to sewing machine bind it then nothing gets lost. Or you can print with bleed, just take care to make sure it lines up during sewing.
I truly do not understand why your videos get even a single dislike. There's nothing to hate about them- they are well filmed, well edited, and just overall beautiful. I love your personality and everything you make. Peace :)

hello Zoe! fellow aussie! I used to make keychains and stuff from shrink plastic and I used sharpie too, but I found that the ink would scratch off of them really easily. i tried to coat them with clear nail polish to seal them, but it actually dilutes the ink and makes it spread... any tips? what do you do?

Scanning at about 600 dpi works really well in my experience
