Lilly stay strong! You will be back on the field soon. I remember when I had a cast on for 3 months after hurting my ankle in softball when I was a little older than you. Keep up your great attitude and stay positive. It was really nice that Fran came and acknowledged Ralph. 💗
So glad your leg isn’t broken Lilly 🙏🏻 Four hours in A&E is amazing, I went in last year with a suspected heart attack and was there for 13 hour 😱 I would say that I was just sitting in the waiting room for 11 of those hours. Look after yourself Lilly ❤ Wish you guys did more vlogs 🤞🏻 I’m new to your vlogs and can’t get enough of you all already.
Cycling gloves were a god send when I was on crutches. Speedy recovery Lily. I’m off work for a minimum of five weeks with a fractured shoulder so I get the being bored😂
Definitely a torn acl from what you’ve said, did mine not that long ago and I’m in the recovery now. It does get better just a very long process!! Get better soon Lilly

I had to wear a splint when I twisted my knee. Hospital said to take it off indoors but wear it when you go out cuz if your in it all time , your leg will just stiffen up & take longer to get better. Speedy recovery tho Lilly
i tore my acl falling off a ladder of work im 7 weeks in and still struggling to straighten my knee just come out of the brace today to try work on getting my strength back i started physio a week ago keep on the ice alot and rest once your able to weight bare it gets easier
My fiance just tore his meniscus, sounds similar as he can’t straighten either. Try push for mri as consultant says should be done in a+e. Apparently longer recovery if waiting long for operation. Hope Lilys is an easier fix 🙏 pain gets better if is meniscus ❤
the reason why she can’t straighten it its because her muscle is strained and because uts not used to being straight for a while u have to force it which will really hurt but trust me ive experienced it its better after!

I have to have an MRI on my left knee as well, the pain isn't great at all, I torn my all my ligaments and was out for 14 weeks and its not fun but if you search some excercises after you have had your MRI that should help with strengthening the muscles but make sure you can do that with doctors permission. Hope you get better soon Lilly, speedy recovery and most importantly rest the knee. Love your videos (and dvgs) xx
Please keep pushing for an MRI. My friend was dismissed for many months with a dance injury as they could see nothing on an x-ray, thankfully she was quite knowledgeable so continually pushed to get an MRI and turned out she can torn ACL and meniscus that required surgery (not to try scare youse and hope for lilly that its positive news)
