Nice video, really enjoyed it 👍 At 5:21 the fault is really hard to figure out. Im not sure whos got the right of way, the signs aren’t clear, and theres no “right of way to the right” rule in England which just makes it harder. But it kinda looks like the others had right of way, and you were supposed to wait. If thats the case the audi was allowed to overtake and it would be your fault if there was an accident, even though they were on the wrong side cause he right of way applies to the entire road. But the question is if the audi was even allowed to overtake there. Honestly, the view looks terrible because of the bushes and everything and overtaking at junctions is just a bad idea anyway it’s just a tough situation. I’d probably say 50/50 if they had priority, but if they didn’t, then 100% the Audi’s fault.
The last one was actually your fault, your vision was being blocked by the bushes so you should have stopped or at least slowed down to see if there were no cars.
Well, like 25% my fault yes I can agree I should of slowed down but he was on the wrong side of the road overtaking near a bend/turn off which irl would find him mostly at fault.

I would say probably Audi is at fault because there aren't any give way signs for me, and it wasn't a safe place to overtake coming up to a junction.
