Kate welcomed the president with Prince William in London on November 21, donning a striking all-red dress, coat, and cape ensemble to kick off a three-day state visit.

The fact that she's very loving towards him and Camilla, is a great asset to the Monarchy, and gave him three beautiful grandchildren should already be a bonus. The dress was knee length which is regulation, but the wind blew the cape coat open which showed off Catherine's legs. She was getting out of a car when all is said and done. She looked stunning.

She has severe back problems and she appeared to be suffering somewhat and her face looked pained at times and she occasionally shifted in that hard chair for the long speech. She also swims regularly (cold swimming in near freezing water according to her), runs, and plays tennis on top of her Pilates and such. Plus she and William engage in regular play and sports with their children so no surprise that she has the body that she does. That photo of her playing tennis with Roger Federer for a Wimbledon promo video that showed every toned muscle and sinew as she hit the ball was everything you need to know about how incredibly fit she is.
