Its a great channel. Just wondering why the playlist is in reverse order. I mean Episode 47 plays after Ep 48. Have to manually change to 49

Which playlist are you referring to? If it's the marketing playlist, I don't show an episode 47 (interviewing).

I went to the videos list on your channel and clicked on Ep 48- How marketers create value. The video opens in a playlist, but its in reverse order. Ep 47 (how to complete a successful interview) plays as soon as im done with ep 48. Same is the case for the other videos such as HR ep 61 (planning), the next video is Ep 60 (fixed margin).

Thanks for the information. I think I figured it out. From the homepage it simply plays them in the order that I created them as opposed to the episode numbers that I provided. If you go over to the Marketing "playlist" or any other playlist it will list them in a more logical manner. Hope this clarifies.

This is a really great explanation of the model, but surely cognitive dissonance is not the right term to use at the end of the buyers' journey if they're unhappy with the product? Cognitive dissonance refers to a disconnect in thinking, which would make you like something even if it isn't great. Thinking critically would result in realising the product isn't as great as you thought it was. Am I missing something here or was it just that the wrong word was used? Thank you!

Falling for the "thank you email", convincing yourself you like the product even if you don't like it that much, would surely be a better example of cognitive dissonance than deciding the product isn't correct and you just return it?

    hello.
if you are alone on an island and you have $100 to spend, there are shops around from where you can buy products that are not branded.
    kindly explain the buying process??
