They are left people from Mongol empire and combined with Mongolians that escaped from Qing dynasty in 1600s and mongols escaped to Chechen and Russian queen ordered to kill all the mongols that is evading Qing dynasty because of Qings order, and the mongols went to Chechen gone back to Mongolia again and lost 80% of people, and mongols came to a river after being hungered and dried horribly, and past history enemies attacked the mongols that was near river and surrounded them and many mongols drowned in the river because of revengeful aggressive enemies

This was the anthem of Tannu Tuva, an independent socialist state which existed before being annexed by the Soviet Union. They're lingually Turkic, not Mongolic.
Cyrillic wasn't officially adopted in Tuva until 1943 and they switched anthems in 1944, so for 23 years this was used with the traditional script, as it was originally written😉
