I also like that it was without added music and voice. The sounds of supermarket were ideal, not too noisy and enjoyable to feel like you re there. Sometimes videos are so polluted with noises and movements, shit talk you feel like they waste your time and feel tired after it. This video i watched without skipping and speed increases. Absolutely love❤❤❤
Dude, i ve watched 12 videos about supermarket in japan and your video was the best! It was the best organised, the only one that gave the whole picture of the supermarket and dived in details about products. It also didn't have empty unnecessary camera movements and jumping from 1 to another object. Even speed was ideal
Variety of products was great, especially something not like carbs or meat. It was very nice to see, though I m wondering what s the products variety in smaller simple shops, is there a lot of ready to eat fish for example
I like that there are smaller items big enough for single people, so I wouldn't have to spend $15 to buy 10 chicken thighs when I just want two, an American thing.
THank you for a for a very detailed video. I have 2 questions -how easy it is to find such a supermarket in the main city? and is there something like a gluten-free section?
Great video! If I may give some suggestion, it would be great if you can add an additional information on the quantity of product for the price. For example rice ¥1780 1 bag of 10kg, ground pork ¥753 for 1 kg, egg ¥228 for 1 pack of 10. Just a suggestion though.
They're not wasteful. Japan has semi-strict recycling plans. Like some European countries, they separate their garbage. Japan goes a step further by requiring different types of plastics to be separated from one another.

Thank you for taking the time! This was so useful
I love your video. Thank youuu for making this video, so much useful
you're a godsend. thank you, man, its extremely helpful🔥
I really enjoyed this video. Upload more please ❤
I guess living in overseas is expensive
yeah these prices look better than here in the US, that's for sure.
I really appreciate that you put the price on each items ❤
Thank you so much for uploading the prices as well. I now have an idea how it costs.
very easy to follow, nice explanation of items and prices. will watch your other vlogs as well. good job👍
Very cool!!
Thanks for your comment!!☺️👍👍

More video like this please!
Same as in Canada
This was great to see, jealous of the low prices! Also, how annoying was it to the store that you kept just picking up all of their food?
I am from Greece and we eat olive oil every day. What is your opinion about olive oil? Do you prefer it in some recipes? Do you often eat olive oil?
I like that there are smaller items big enough for single people, so I wouldn't have to spend $15 to buy 10 chicken thighs when I just want two, an American thing.
It's reasonable price compare with avg.income. In Vietnam, food price in supermarket even higher than this.
I'm shocked at the prices, our food prices in the states are 5 times as much 😮
And, the grocery store food in Japan is 1000 times better!
Yes. In France, it’s horrific, price are +50%/+200% … energy here are 300%
@DaZed-6EQUJ5 that's horrible, europe is no longer a paradise 😢
Because the states pay the workers 5 times as much Dave.
@@datgrrl_official not anymore trust me

Down south in the US prices are about same as video.
good content
The prices I see in dollars are quite cheap by Greece's standards. How many dollars is the basic salary in Japan of an unskilled worker?
The average Japanese salary is about 280000 yen/month. So, if 1 dollar is 150 yen. Then the average salary is about 1800$ a month.
tonight!
Note how large and empty the alcoholic beverage section is.
Go shopping in early evening when the prices are discounted.
Did u think to make video about vegan shops and places too
why?

Hi I'm From India Sir😊😊
Presumably 10% consumption tax needs to be added to these yen prices.
good point
May I ask why in Japan they use so much plastic? Even for 1 piece or 2 piece of veggie. They even use plastic to cover banana.
All that plastic waste ! What a shame for Japan
plastic is recycied in almost all municipalities
Not as shameful as Zelensky
