Dublin (Ireland) is not in the United Kingdom. The British government are different from the Irish. The British government putting money into Dublin airport would be like America putting money into some Australia airport. Doesn't make sense.

Yeah 118.6 for tower, 121.8 for ground, 121.875 for clearance delivery, 121.1 for approach, 126.25 and 129.175 for area control and 124.525 for ATIS info!
