This level of training is phenomenal. They make it look easy. I couldn't do a basic peach-basket to straight arm support when I was 17 in high school gymnastics, let alone to a handstand. Nobody knew how to properly teach this stuff, particularly in progression. They just stopped you and said "do it".

@Ansh Verma yes, Just 5 months training my handstand push ups to hold easily without falling from the p bars. When you have strength there's no chance to hurt yourself. Just keep praticing on lower pbars.
