Can you help me create a app That opens Search for wifi Hotspot If it finds a hot spot named something it connects ? If not it ask for ip address of device? And open each in a web viewer I'm having a problem getting the app to control wifi settings
Sure. I believe by reset you mean restarting the quiz. Make two buttons. One is for exit and the second is for restart/reset. Hide them when screen is initialized. Make them visible when score is shown. Restart button click event will reset all variables and call make/show question procedure. Exit button click event will call close application (available in control blocks). The exit button will only work when the app is installed on a physical device.
Please, I have a question, when I did the same thing, it only showed me the first question/answer and when I pressed next the game quit , I have 7 question/answer . Do I just duplicate for the other questions too.
You can add as many questions as you want. If you have 7 questions, you will have 7 items in your movieList and answerList. If your app is quitting after just the first question, then this means that you haven't added a one to your global variable: questionNumber in submit button code. Also, make sure that your movieList has the exact image file names of your images that have been uploaded in the media section. Hope that helps. @@bhaninabhanina1631 First of all, you need to add another screen (ScoreScreen) with just a label for score. The second thing is how to pass the score variable from quiz screen to this new score Screen. You can use tinyDB but MITApp inventor has given a way of passing very simple data between screens. In your showQuestion procedure, instead of removing all the components in the else block, use open another screen with start value. This block is in control blocks. In your scoreScreen.initialize event, assign scoreLbl.text to getStartValue. getStartValue is also in control blocks. Hope this helps :)
