the demo image will start for the first 300 frames. after that it will sync to live faceswap footage with little latency depending on your internet connection. if your internet connection is very slow the demo-image is display because its buffering but if its fast you would not see it. Fast internet also reduce latency

@@Ganeshkumar-ch1kg If you have python and you are on windows 11, just download this bat file in your windows. run it, it will install all required tool for it to run and also install the dependencies. github.com/Thankgod20/Deep-Live-Cam-Google-Colab/blob/main/setup_deeplive_colab.bat If you are on window 10 below, install winget also
