Presentation of Credentials of the Ambassador-Designate of the United States of America (USA) to the Philippines

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. received the credentials of Her Excellency MaryKay Loss Carlson, Ambassador-Designate of the United States of America (USA) to the Philippines, in a ceremony at the Reception Hall in Malacañan Palace.
Arrival honors was rendered upon the arrival of Ambassador-Designate Carlson followed by the signing of guestbook inside Malacanan Palace.
Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Acting Secretary Antonio Morales and Chief of Presidential Protocol (COPP) Adelio Angelito Cruz joined President Marcos Jr. in the ceremony.
Following her presentation of credentials, Ambassador Carlson offered a wreath to the country’s national hero, Dr. Jose P. Rizal, at the Rizal Monument in the City of Manila.
