Has the standard of musical theatre really dropped as low as this? This was a like a kids school play.
You try training in singing dance and drama for years with no rest, being on a stage for 9 shows a week for weeks on end, battling with injuries mentally and psychically but still winning established awards in their field and then you can say this to their faces instead of hiding behind a screen

Romeo and Juliet is a classic. 🙄
Lead girl is flat
Well she has not preformed the song live since march
I thought she was good, honestly. I thought the girls did well
Awful. Just awful.
why are they just using other people's songs
Called a jukebox musical :D
It’s all Max Martin’s songs
Basically they were too lazy write something new
@@willb7650 it’s a jukebox musical. so not true
it’s called a jukebox musical meaning none of the songs used are originally written for the musical. it’s not a new concept jukebox musicals have been around for a very long time. look at mamma mia. and it doesn’t mean that they’re “unoriginal” or “stealing other people’s songs.” i mean when you really look at it using a variety of different songs together to tell a new story is in its own way more challenging and ingenuitive than writing original music.
Come on Strictly, what were you thinking bringing these amateurs on? They sound like they've all got pegs on their noses.

Juliet is being played by Miriam-Teak Lee, who won an Olivier Award for her role. Far from amateur!
Not gonna took about how they haven’t performed since March

@@ca9295 Okay, but how am I blaming other people? And for what? I thought they did well and I'm looking forward to seeing the musical.
This was so bad.

Not for me but that's just me. Didn't help that she was very poor.
Last time I checked, loud nasal screeching doesn't count as singing.
Ok dancing and the songs are great, but I am not watching this play. We have too many shows with this issues.
Talented cast with terrible songs 🙈 sorry
disappointing show, part of the problem of musicals declining in quality these days
Yeah quite an irritating scene...
Woke af
Forswear it sight!
For I ne'er saw true banality till this night,
