I'm trying to climb after years of playing casually...the amount of smurfs in low elo make me feel like it's actually harder to get out of low elo than reach challenger (not that I'd know shit about reaching challenger).
You keep forgetting that Ludwig is allergic to the enemy jungle. It isn't even on his radar that he can walk into the enemy jungle to do anything. In fact if you want to win against Ludwig, all you have to do is walk into his jungle and take his camps and he completely shuts down

Different contexts. Not every pro is a teacher first of all. Also half the time they might be speaking about high elo, they might be assuming plat elo, they might be misappropriating how they actually play, etc etc. If your support walks into 3 enemies, don't support them. But if your team is grouping mid and you know they're going to try and fight, you have no choice but to help them or lose(unless you're on a split pusher or something). What champ you play, what elo you're in, there's just so many variables. You can't take blanket advice about league period for the most part.
