Jaber, a man who always lived calmly and soberly, has suddenly plunged into a world of anger and despair. His anger towards Saifullah, his old friend, actually stems from a deep betrayal that has broken him. Every word that comes out of Jaber's tongue, he screams from his pain and heart, and this fight has not only brought two friends to enmity, but also took Jaber's peace from him.

In this critical situation, Mirza's family decides to go to the doctor to solve their problems.
