This was a fantastic video. To battle food poisoning and then your nerves is a mega huge thing. One which I don't think many people could do even if they were feeling a hundred percent. This is why you're so damn awesome Sara! Brave became a stopgap in a terrible direction my life was heading. The first time I got to hear it I was restrained to a hospital gurney after trying to do something unthinkable. In the moments during it playing over a nurse's phone, who was desperately trying to allay a very distraught and anxious person in me, was a complete halt to everything going on in that moment. A voice I've heard on the radio so many times pulled me away from a course that had been pulled on for 14 years. 8 months and many admissions of fear to a counselor later and I've finally stepped from those shadows of doubt that pushed me to the extreme edge. I might never get to say thank you to Sara personally but I hope that some day I do.
i want to be an incredibly popular musician so i can win a grammy and NOT show up then tell people it's because i did this whole thing to say fuck-you to the grammys for not giving sara b a grammy.
You are so inspirational sara! Watching you pursue your dreams makes me want to fight even harder to achieve mine! congrats on all your success and keep climbing that mountain! :) xo
