    The stretch that’s labeled a hip flexor stretch is actually a lower back and glute stretch. It’s the opposite of a hip flexor stretch. Otherwise nice video.

      @@mahimho7908go into a lunge position either both knees on ground and hinge forward putting more weight into your toes. Staying upright in the upper body.

      @@mahimho7908 You can do a deep lunge (plant one foot on the ground and extend the other leg back behind you). I like to do it close to the ground, with the top of my back foot against the floor- sort of like your back leg is doing a split. Then sink your hips toward the floor as much as you can (without pain). Try to keep your front knee above your front foot. If your knee is farther forward than your foot, scoot your foot forward until they are in line. Hope that helps!
