I am back with the incredible @LostandRareRecipes team in this 2nd part of the series. As I interact with them, I am reminded of the famous quote by Alexander Graham Bell, 'When one door closes, another door opens; but we often look so long and regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the ones which open for us.' Subhajit aur Amit ki kahaani hum sabhi ke liye ek inspiration hai ki kis tarah se aap aapne passion ko nayi udaan dene ki kabiliyat rakhte ho... chahiye toh bass hosla uss udaan ki or pehela kadam badhane ki!
After Covid posed a setback to their event management business, Subhajit Bhattacharyya & Amit Ghosh Dastidar decided to create new doors of opportunity to bounce back. With a hunger to ignite their passion and breathe life into our lost culinary legacy, they started a fresh journey with their TH-cam Channel - @LostandRareRecipes aiming to share their love for food and its rich history with the world.

Sir u r an actor and know how to direct. Why not bring out an entire series. Something like a web series where you tell the stories and there are actors performing the story. Webseries of food. Lost and rare recipes season 1 Bengal, Season 2: Tamil nadu etc etc. Remember it should be something like a tele series with emotions and etc and how the recipe survived through the ages. How is this for an idea. 😊
