I wish y’all would have started with lacaune and crossed to the st croix. Some lacaune shed their fleece. Please please please breed some shedding dairy ewes! That is where the future market is.
I’m retiring to the Philippines in the next few months and over the following years. Dairy is difficult to come by in my province. Most coconut and other orchards are over grown. I want both dairy sheep and dairy goats as grass consumers and milk producers. What are the things I need I’m my dairy processing building. Im thinking of using a conex box to start as it may be movable in future. Thanks so much.
