Great music Nick and loved the video, especially the slow down moments. Findlay sisters have same running gait, go figure! Keep up the great work - your team should be super proud.
Hay nick what is the name of the tune at the beginning and where can I get it . Love the show guys keep it up part of my Sunday wind down .. love the podcast aswell
Eric you keep raising the bar every week with your videography and editing 💫💥, the downhill switchback sequence was epic , the low level shots were very cool also, excited to hear Nicks soundtracks so good ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Beautiful! For me, one of the moust well produced films of TTL. If you ask me, the coffe shoud always be present; for it is a important part of the of triatlhets life!
I was leaning away from the edges the whole time you worked your way down the ridge AND I never knew about Mobo Boards before this- awesome vid!!! Thanks!
Excited about the Evan’s Brother coffee! I have really enjoyed the coffee subscription. Paula it was great seeing how you use your Mobo. I need to get back into the swing of using mine.
Glad to see Eric and Flynn survive that descent, it sure looked sketchy on here. I bet Paula couldn't watch that. Are you two doing any florida races this year?
You have a lucky dog, getting his miles. Can you please tell me the brand of the ankle exercise board. I've used wobble boards but the one you are using looks possibly more "targeted." Thanks!
Misery Ridge looked stunning with the frozen fog. Also looked scary to be scampering down it so fast, especially where the trail gets super narrow! How did you get the shots of Flynn from behind, down low - and while running? Was there more than one camera?
This is a ruffwear run leash and not sure the harness. But we're doing enough running, with him while it's cold, we might upgrade. If we do, we'll show it 👍
Thanks! That's why I took him, not Paula. I'm really comfortable on trail and he listens to me perfectly with heel, whoa, ok, etc. And I didn't trust him to go off-leash
Oh my gosh. Love that you waved to the man who works at the Sinclair!
That freezing fog on the trees made for some unbelievably beautiful footage of the Findlay sisters running!
We really lucked out, it was so incredible
It was breathtaking
Amazing place, always great video and music, my goto videos when i want to have a relaxing meal or motivation before a work-out, Keep it coming :)
Great music Nick and loved the video, especially the slow down moments. Findlay sisters have same running gait, go figure! Keep up the great work - your team should be super proud.
Between that first slowmo segment and the Smith Rock segment. Eye candy across the board. Incredible job.
Hay nick what is the name of the tune at the beginning and where can I get it . Love the show guys keep it up part of my Sunday wind down .. love the podcast aswell
@@ashhenry1500 I Made it especially for that segment, but I may work it into a full song. If you want to DM/email me, I’m happy to send it to you!

Would love to see a mobo board walkthrough/tutorial from y'all!
We'll hit up Jay, the creator here in town. Maybe we can get him to do the masterclass
Epic scenery footage Eric! Flynn looks like he is ready for the Western States 100.
what is the device stup fot the super stable runnning shot at 8:00 , is it a gimbal or is it just the new go pro
Awesome scenery (9:30) with some great close ups Eric - well done!
Great editing, good music, good video as always, but better each time, thank you 😁🤙

Mobo board
What kind of leash set up are you using when you run with Flynn?
This is a ruffwear run leash and not sure the harness. But we're doing enough running, with him while it's cold, we might upgrade. If we do, we'll show it 👍
06:10 gesundheit 🤧
06:12 gesundheit 🤧
lmg what scenery, looks super fan
Strong skills going down steps full pelt whilst filming and trying to hang on a dog!
Se podría poner subtítulos en español? ??? Gracias
These just aren’t vlogs anymore the cinematography is obscenely good
Would love a month of dark roast coffee
hey, what breed of dog is this?
What breed is Flynn?
German Wirehair Pointer. He's a real big boy for a pointer, but the wirehairs are typically 20lb bigger than the shorthair
Dude. Coffee, swim, great. That steep, fast downhill WITH a dog - Suicidal much? OMG. Maybe it looked worse from here than actually doing it...
Thanks! That's why I took him, not Paula. I'm really comfortable on trail and he listens to me perfectly with heel, whoa, ok, etc. And I didn't trust him to go off-leash
This doesn't look too good for the knees!
still sore! But worth it 👍
@@ThatTriathlonLife It looks wonderful.... be sure to ice those knees a bit. Cheers Eric!
