Think you should get ahead of the curve do a 'fat tank' for the Srambler 400x. 15 - 17 litres ... not only will it increase range, but also road presence.
Incredible build! This is exactly what I want to do with my scrambler. First problem is that it's RED, and for the life of me I cannot find any paint codes for the Matt Khaki Green! I am based in South Africa. Any info on how you got that colour would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you so much for your comment, agreed it is a stunning bike! Yes this is 2024 model and Motone Gort Tail Tidy, if you do want to speak to the Trackside Builds team for further details you can reach Tom and Idir on 01784 420421 😊 - Lois

That's an awesome idea. I'll definitely pass this onto Tom and the team!
Ohh... This is awesome ❤
Thank you so much for your comment, pleased you love it! 😊
How would I find a Fat tank, I looked the internet and cant find it
I think it's a 14,5 L Bonneville tank, painted
T120 Triumph tank. Fits straight on once you swap over the fuel pump from your old one.

Looks Sharp.
It's an awesome bike. We can't wait to do another!
Does this help with getting your knee in the infill over the exhaust? :)
I'm going for this exact look, it's absolutely stunning. is it a 2024? Can you provide more information on the tail tidy?

Where do you get the tank from? I can't find it anywhere
Good morning Harry! I've just dropped Tom a message. As soon as I hear back I'll let you know. - Adam
Just heard back! They have these available at Triumph West London. Feel free to give them a call on 01784 420 421
How about American availability ?
Yes, I'm in the United States as well. Would a Bonneville T120 tank fit this Scrambler?
@@Roy_Camacho both Bonneville tanks plus Speed Twin 1200
Is this tank available now? Where do I find it?

did you decat it?
Not this one, just slip ons. - Adam
Is it a custom tank or a triumph OEM from one of the 1200s?
Hi Tom, it's a Triumph original tank from a 1200. :) - Adam
I just don’t understand where you got the tank. 😵💫
T120 Triumph tank.
Is it a T120 tank?
It certainly is. Looks fantastic on the 900 doesn't it? - Adam
@lindmotorcycles Yes it certainly does!
@lindmotorcycles Would you have to change the low fuel indicator also, or does it automatically adjust to the bigger tank when it is low?
