This is what worked for me:
Windows Network Reset:
Right-click the Start button and select "Command Prompt (Admin)."
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
Restart your computer.

The problem is windows. There’s so many people having internet disconnection issues and WiFi. I’ve dealt with this problem with my windows for years and no matter how much times I fix it, it always comes back. I will NOT be using windows ever again.

Thank you for this I found out why I was getting alot of jitter it was my router/ settings.
I changed alot but I think it was resetting the modem and turning off wake on lane in the power settings.
