Hello, I admire your jack - it is precisely made and honestly oversized. It seems to me, or did you deal with additional reinforcements on the steel that the piston rod presses against? I was building a slightly thinner lifter, and the strut near the piston rod was slightly deformed under a load of 330 kg.
What strength of sheet metal did you use for the steel reinforcements at the piston rod?
How thick sheet metal is your upper "table" made of?
Thank you very much in advance, Pavel, Czech Republic.

Greetings from Australia. I built a garage dolly to move around my motorcycle out of the way in the workshop. Good video. I have been wanting to incorporate a hydraulic lift and this video has given me food for thought. Can you please inform me what brand and model number of the bluetooth controller you used and length and extended length of the hydraulic cylinder.

    • @maurice4196

Hi i used an arduino 101 board. but it isn't availeble anymore. you could use a arduino uno or nano with an HC-06 bluetooth module.
and i used an RGB shield, but you can also use an relay schield.
you have to program the arduino yourself.
the hydraulik cylinder is 60cm in and 100cm out.

What an excellent lift, will use it as the basis for my build. The locking mechanism still beats me. Is it possible for posting a drawing with dimensions, and maybe a short video showing how the excentre piece operates? It's not clear in the video as the frame become in the way.

    • @maurice4196

      Thank you.
At 4.40 you can see how the locking mechanism works.
When you lift the locking mechanism. The excentre piece fals down and hits against the second bolt. When you lower the lift it stays up. When you raise the lift the locking mechanism wil
      fall down again.

    • @maurice4196
