I just bought SampleTank 4 Max V2 today. Well, after seeing this, i can't wait to try it!
What are your considerations so far? I'm thinking about buying it.
@@robson969 absolutely fantastic! Like, it's so cheap, yet the quality is just like Kontakt or other sample-based instruments. Definitely never going to use anything else but it as a main way to use acoustic-related instruments like piano, violins, ... (The guitars are kinda meh tho)
@@miner4ever Thank you very much for your attention, I bought the sampletank 4 max V2 package and I am surprised by the quality of the tones. I have a Montage, Fantom and Kronos 2, the quality of the sampletank 4 max is much higher.
I don't understand a word, but I love your engagement and your playing. Only 4 octaves and so wonderful to listen to.

Thank you again Mr. Ujiie. A lot of people enjoy your demos and I'm pretty sure that when I get my new music PC, Sample Tank 4 will be one of the important items to include. Very expressive. Acoustic sounds are incredible. That sound at 24:00 - OMG. The beat creation options! The ethnic percussion - WOW. Does it ever end? I want it now.
Love that improvisation by Katsunori Ujiie! Always had a great pleasure to hear Japanese language even i dont understand nothing thay say hehe. But with english subsitles its easy to understand. Take care in such times and music will cure everyone! thank you from Ukraine!

this guy is good.I really liked how he really adapted to the guitar style mostly.
I think these sounds are way better than Omnisphere or Kontakt. And WAY more of them. I just saw this for $79 on sale on their website. Unbelievable value. Over 600gb sounds and 18000 presets. And the effects are way better also.

OMG Spanish Guitar voices are so good.
Here comes my review from this review. This maybe useful for someone.
Good pianos, in terms of global dynamics, very suitable for intimate instrumental duets with woodwinds or female singers, or anything from 1 to 5 in a 1 to 10 scale of interpretative complexity. Chopin, Rachmaninoff, Debussy, Satie, Liszt and so on simply wont fit.
Nicely realistic guitars, well, it seems this guy forgot he's playing a keyboard instead of a guitar, theres no way to make a guitar sound like stacatto blend with legato when playing fast.
Sorry but, regarding to classical strings... there's a weird flangy bug in the tail of some notes, the cello sounds beheaded, there's a lot of overlapping in the tremolo, almost every change in the arc direction sounds like slanting the edge of bow against the strings, percusive articulations like pizzicato and legno sounds like shaking a champagne bottle to make the cork shoot out of it.
Theres only one noticeable snare drum from all the drum set, however it's not very different to the zillion of available snares out there.

Mr. Ujiie is able to convince to everything. I mean the way he plays, and the way he talks :) But speaking objectively, Sample Tank still sounds like through the pillow, there's no serious improvements in comparison to former versions...

Can Sample Tank 4 play bass automatically over my own chords? Ujam does it now,but presets are cheesy. What about midi presets?

Go to IK Multimedia Website and download it for MAC , it should download everything you need then, follow the instructions and install ! Where did you get stuck ?

SampleTank3の時は上に在るモニター画面で設定の画面見えていたけど、今回のは手元のPCのだけで見辛いね。あと本人の音声に対して音楽の方が音が大きいから、本人の声がよく聞こえるように合わせると音楽うるさすぎるかな
これ一本あれば十分
と言えるくらい素晴らしいですよね、まだまだバグもあるようで目下格闘中ですが氏家さんのがわかりやすいですよね。
ぶっちゃけ現状バグが酷いだけでそのうち安定するのは今までの実績で目に見えてるし
これだけの音質でほとんどのユーザーが2万円ちょいで全部入り手に入るというのは他に類を見ないコスパです

@@illustriouschin Omnisphere is for electronic music and sounds like shit!. Most better Arturia, Korg or Roland. Sample tank sounds real... is for all types of music!
