Just a bit of an unhinged ramble about this whole fiasco. I truly hope that the Act Man is able to find something better than this trash mound, and that his friends and family are safe. TH-cam needs to be better than this, or karma will eventually take it down a few pegs.

See, this is why I think that Act Man's only mistake, was trying to play by the rules. The only way to start making changes in society is to use Quantum's tactics against him, and any other moron like him. Ban evasion, copyright infringement, all of it's just meaningless bureaucracy made up so TH-cam can ban any ideology, idea, or even OPINION they don't like. Quantum may be dimly aware of this, but his error is trying to act like he hasn't done anything wrong, and that he's on some moral pedestal. He needs to be knocked down into the metaphorical pits of Tartarus, and the only way to do that is to use his own methods against him
I can't blame Act Man, I don't think it was far-fetched to expect TH-cam to actually enforce its own guidelines. At the very least, it shows his character, and he can rest assured that pretty much everyone knows he's an actual gigachad. But I do agree that at this point where it's just become Nineteen Eight-Four, other routes need to be taken. Anyone could just start copyright striking Quantum's videos, and according to TH-cam it'd be perfectly fine and acceptable, so someone should probably get on that.
I’m honestly the type to say not to stoop to people like Quantum’s level. However their are times where you got make a Choice. And This time the choice is to embrace the Beast and fight them with they’re own tricks. At this rate taking the Moral route isn’t going to get results. So fuck it, they want to play dirty fine, give them a taste of they’re own medicine. They deserve whatever they get. Karma is a Bitch and they deserve it’s wrath a hundred fold. I can hear the amount of pain and disappointment in the way you speak my guy and as someone who wants to be a TH-camr myself I can assure you that Imma stand with The Act Man on this! Channel size doesn't matter at this point, the whole of the TH-cam community has to take a stand against this corruption. What they're pulling is censorship and suppression of dissent, literal crimes against humanity that deserve to be condemned to hell and back. Awareness has to be spread so TH-cam can be held accountable for this assassination of the Act Man's character and livelihood, so it's great to see people of sound morality like you out here fighting the good fight 💪

I would actually love to get a bunch of smaller creators together to discuss this whole situation, cause we're in a unique scenario with our feet kinda half in, half out of this whole scenario as people doing TH-cam not as a livelihood, really. But I'd have to actually contact other channels for that, and my social ineptness prevents me from going out and doing that (that and laziness lol). I don't blame other TH-camrs for being careful, tho. This website's flushing people's livelihoods down the drain if they say the slightest thing wrong; I make no money from this so I have nothing to fear, really, so I have an easier time calling it out for what it is. Which absolutely sucks cause we're legit living in a modern Nineteen Eighty-Four, and now I understand how the population of China must feel.

His channel's been removed from the Partner Program and it's doubtful they'll ever let him back in, he's been totally demonetised so even if he comes back he won't be able to make any money, and there's even the potential of TH-cam outright banning his account which kills the possibility of him returning cause he'd be guilty of ban evading just like Quantum. This is not a 'pouting tour', this is a man's livelihood being assassinated right in front of your eyes.

Right wrong or indifferent act man wasn’t forced to make videos and getting others to pile on. You talked about holding a company accountable for upholding their "set-in-stone" guidelines. At first YT sided with the Actman, his video was under fair use, YT good job upholding your guidelines. At last YT sided with Quantum, he stays on the platform, YT wtf ignoring your guidelines. Per THEIR guidelines, YT thought he should stay and like YOU said they didn't "get off their complacent asses and do what WE WANT THEM TO DO!" Ego got in the way, The Actman could have taken that lost went behind close doors and worked from behind the scences to get Q pulled from the platform.
Like I said, I think Q will be sent to the shadow realm at some point but the Actman wanted to speed that process up and poked the sleeping bear. If you think the Actman was "terminated" for free speech then you are damn sure fighting the wrong battle. Wasnt the whole goal of this campaign to destroy Quantum. The Actman attempted to weaponize YT using their guidelines, failed, proceeded to call out YT for hypocrisy, got devoured because of it. TH-cam just said to EVERYONE on this platform, we have no issue taking out a BIG content creator, be careful how you criticize us (I think Actmans mistake was naming specific YT employees in his last video, and it's a shame that it was taking down since it was a damn good video with on point editing.

I often attack the same side I'm on when they used tactics I'm opposed to, regardless of reasons. Thats the other difference. You can wrap this shit up anyway you like, this is cancel culture. In closing, I imagine you agree with most of the points I make, or you will in time. I don't expect you to respond just think about some of the points I made, or not. You're a content creator on this platform, your investment is greater than mine, yet YT isn't obligated to do anything that doesn't have legal ramifications. If Q is ban evading, that should have been the thing focused on, but not a lot of content in that, got to make the guy a villain first, then destroy him. I think the Actman demonetization is a warning, or a sign of things to come. You make of that what you will peace ✌.

I don't have the time or care to craft a return essay but know that I absolutely disagree with every single thing you stand for and find most of your arguments misconstrued, baseless, or morally bankrupt. But, you're entitled to them, so I won't pursue this argument any further.
However, I would like to clarify one thing that ticked me off. Yes, this is cancel culture. I disagree with Asmongold. However, everyone seems to forget that, at its core, cancel culture is not a bad thing. It has good intentions, to call out people who've committed wrongdoings in the past that deserve a warranted comeuppance, regardless of status and protection. Unfortunately, along the way it's become a weapon to undermine anyone for pretty much anything deemed socially unacceptable, not taking into account changes in social values over time or, hell, just being completely fabricated to target individuals seen as 'problematic' by certain communities. Cases of cancel culture must be analysed on a case-by-case basis to determine whether the one being cancelled is deserving of it or is just a victim, and I will die and bury myself on this hill that while this is cancel culture, it's overwhelmingly clear that Quantum is a detriment to the entirety of the TH-cam community and that he is entirely deserving of being cancelled in this manner due to all the people that his actions have made victims of.
Point being, blanketing this situation as a bad case of cancel culture is short-sighted at best. Quantum isn't some victim who's being unjustly accused of false wrongdoings or having past actions overblown and exaggerated as an excuse to target him, there is real tangible evidence of all the heinous things he's done and said. And guess what? He fucked around, and we ALL found out that TH-cam is more rotten than a year-old apple.
