1 Altura MN - New Listing Alert Beavers Brew Pub & Restaurant
2.Ameriprise Purchased this building on Superior Drive and Prime Lender has moved in as a neighbor
3. Dirt is moving in Stewartville for Dollar General
4.Cinemagic Theaters closing in August after being open 25 years(Jeff Kiger reported on this news at the PB!)
5.Just off of HWY 52 Two Sisters are now accepting applications! Construction continues at this property as well!
6.Total Wine has started renovations on the exterior and interior former Bed Bath and Beyond located next door to DSW and Famous Footwear
7. OuterBox Ohio based company has joined the Rochester market! Office located on Superior Drive
8.Coartel Inn and Suites has now obtained the once Microtel hotel in Rochester
9.Teigen Paper building in Stewartville is getting closer and closer to completion
10. DQ in Stewartville has gotten a major update!
11. Willow Gentille Studio & Gallery Is open everyday from 10am - 8pm in Lake City!
12.Madhouse Wrestling event this Saturday at the Historic Chateau Theater with Tim Nella!
