They were also largely ignored at the start of their career and if you look into BINI's discography, most of their songs like Karera, Born To Win, Kapit Lang, B HU U R, Bata, Kaya Mo!, Pit A Pat and even their ad songs Icon, Made For All, Love Yourself are about self-love, empowerment and celebrating your uniqueness. More importantly, they are living testimonies of what they sing about. I don't think they'd achieve the level of synchronicity, create beautiful harmonies, and have interactions where no one's getting left behind if their sisterhood isn't real. @@TouchyReactions the video "I Feel Good" is the precursor to "Strings" (at the end of the IFeelGood video, there is a hint for Strings). This speaks exactly to what you have said, that people will often say that they feel good, but in fact have deep and serious underlying problems. We have to admit to our problems before we can solve them. As a backgrounder, BINI was formed during the pandemic, when they were locked down and forced to live and train intensively together for close to a year. I imagine that Strings was inspired by the mental health challenges they experienced during that time.
I dont care how many times I listen to Strings! It’s such a good song. They are absolutely right! At this point, Bini’s catalog and number of videos lend quite well to the mv,dp and wb trifectas. Two songs Karera and Pantropiko have epic live performances on a show called “show it all”, you may want to check those out! Also the “Lagi” vocal and dance practice is quute epic as well to pair with the MV!

@@TouchyReactions the video "I Feel Good" is the precursor to "Strings" (at the end of the IFeelGood video, there is a hint for Strings). This speaks exactly to what you have said, that people will often say that they feel good, but in fact have deep and serious underlying problems. We have to admit to our problems before we can solve them. As a backgrounder, BINI was formed during the pandemic, when they were locked down and forced to live and train intensively together for close to a year. I imagine that Strings was inspired by the mental health challenges they experienced during that time.
I dont care how many times I listen to Strings! It’s such a good song. They are absolutely right! At this point, Bini’s catalog and number of videos lend quite well to the mv,dp and wb trifectas. Two songs Karera and Pantropiko have epic live performances on a show called “show it all”, you may want to check those out! Also the “Lagi” vocal and dance practice is quute epic as well to pair with the MV!

1. Bini Chronicles - it's on the official Bini youtube channel, focuses on each lady.
2. [ENG SUB] BINI's interview with Karen Davila - this one's the subtitled version of the Karen Davila episode with Bini, you'll get to learn even more about each one of them here.
3. Bini Born to Win Chapter 1 Documentary - this one's on the TFC service channel (not youtube), maybe one of the Blooms around here can lend you their TFC account to watch it because I know other channels featuring Bini have had some generous Blooms share accounts with them. I think this is the best official documentary you'll ever find about them. There will be three parts to this, second chapter will probably come out after Bini's November concert.
For Bini songs that aren't about love...
1. Karera - literally means "Race", it's a song about not rushing life because "life is not a race".
2. Born to Win - Bini's debut song, girl power song.
3. Golden Arrow - girl power song.
4. Da Coconut Nut - Bini's pre-debut song which is a novelty song revival. It's... about eating too much coconuts!
5. Kapit Lang - literally means "Just Hold On", it's a song about never giving up.
6. 8 - literally means "Eight" or "Walo" in Tagalog (pronounced Wah-Loh), it's a song about friendship and positivity.
7. Icon - it's a Penshoppe endorsement song that came out a few days ago, it's about girl power.

Ok this might be a little to late, but regarding the guides.. things can get quite heavy… i mean really heavy. For starters I’d suggest the “UNHELPFUL GUIDE; remake”, after that, the two part “Bini Chronicles”, then you can do the “Ultimate Guide” parts 1&2. At this point things get really personal - the Karen Davila Interview (w/ eng subs) is really good. And finally… finally… chapter one of their documentary series “Born to Win”, you may need a subscription service to watch that you can definitely get one of the Blooms’ account to access it.
