That engineer is a DOOM engineer, he is summoned from one of the rites and is used to blow up enemy towns walls on the campaign map killing himself in the process. He cannot join armies

I love the Skaven because they are such a unique faction. They aren't good soldiers so there is a lot and they have very few archers. But to make up for bad infantry and lack of archers they get the best artillery and a good variety of it too.
You want quuek fighting all the time, he's one of the most powerful melee lords in the game and put the assassin in your army he will increase replenishment and he is really good at killing lords

You're warlock engineer or doom engineer or whatever he's called can't do anything other than go To a city and raze it, read his description. Useful for stopping other rituals, he's Not a real hero.
There's a way to turn that stuff of for the game telling you to move your general on the bottom right corner right next to end turn are loads of options

Then out of the hole a Skaven pops out it's head meanwhile the Beastmen just stare at the hole in utter confusion then immediately charge into the hole and a 10 day battle happens underground and at the end the Beastmen leader was the sole survivor.
