    I like the way you just crack on with the exercises and talk as you go. Many instructors waffle so much before demonstrating I'm bored rigid. Good job!

      There are a few components to treating back pain naturally. One place I found that successfully combines these is the Fergs Pain Ease (google it if you're interested) without a doubt the best guide that I've seen. Check out the interesting info .

    I stumbled across this video while desperately searching for stretches that would address & target these parts of the thighs, etc. This video was just what I needed. Finally, finally my pain began to ebb. I wanted to thank you.

    Excellent video and to the point with not a lot of talking. I like the fact you weren't talking as the video showed the stretch. Too many lengthy videos out there! Perfect!

    Hi could you please tell me if a tight TFL/IT could be behind this 'clicking' I keep getting on the top and outside portion of my knee when I squat past about 30 degrees of flexion?

    • @Freddie1M
      @Freddie1M 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      no expert here, but I would say that it could be an issue, tight tfl causes tight it band, it band is connected to knee. Try this exercise as well as regular hip flexor stretches, on top of this add quad stretches and strengthening exercises, mostly stretches though as well strengthening the muscles on the inner leg.

  • @RichRich1955
    @RichRich1955 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    I lay on my back a use one leg to push the other leg and stretch the tfl. I can't describe it but I figure it can be figured out.

    You sort of say that the 2nd stretch doesn't stretch the IT band but I was under the impression that you CAN'T streth the IT band anyway since it's a tendon? You can only really stretch the TFL. Your take?

    Hey i need help! Im a guy (i know my icon is pic of a girl) and i have a weird way of walking. My friend told me that the way i walk was weird. So then i recorded myself walking and yes i admit it does look weird for a guy. I noticed that my hips sway like a girl when i walk. How do i stop this kind of problem? Do you think that this problem has anything to do with my posture? I hope you could make a video on how to walk normally for a guy

    • @jessicaferguson1679
      @jessicaferguson1679 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      your hips should have a sway when you walk, naturally for humans thats normal for both men and women so I wouldn't assume that because you quote on quote walk like a girl that you actually do. Men shouldn't walk all rigid and "manly" it doesn't allow full range of motion of the body

      There are a few ideas for treating pain from hip flexor muscles at home
      Gradually build up to walking 3 miles every day
      Begin an anti-inflammatory diet
      Think about starting yoga lessons
      Lookup some online guides
      (I learned these and the reasons they work from Fergs pain ease site )
