Just been through your catalogue of videos. What a talented chat you are ! Brave too cutting off the frame head like that. The extent and quality of your repairs is truly impressive. Can’t get over the intricate repairs to that front beam when most of us would have binned and bought new. So the plan is to use your newly rebuilt chassis with the ragtop body from the other car? New subscriber right here. Keep the videos coming Ben 🇬🇧
Thank you, Ben. I do have another front beam in good shape, but I like a challenge 😀. The plan is to put the ragtop body on the rebuilt chassis. The original car is a ragtop, but previous owner cut the roof and replaced it with a metal one. I want the car to be 100% original, so bought the second car for the ragtop. Initially wanted to replace the roof, but the bodies are in similar condition, so no point in cutting roofs, easier to fix up the second body. Unfortunately, I can only work on the car a few days per month, so progress is slow. I will keep on filming, though. Cheers!
your fabricating skills are up there good job
Thank you!
I have lost the will to live listening to this inane music!!
Well, if you're watching this, I guess you have a bug project. That should be a good enough reason to keep living 😀
Excellent job. Do you have more VDO till finish?
Thank you. I will post more videos in the future. Hope to resume work on this project in a few weeks.
