For every non full usage of potential u could add your missed potential to one of your next spins. Eg using militao with 89 instead of 90 potential allows you to add +1 potential to one of your next transfers

Really enjoy the videos- all formats. The numbers and wheel are a great idea- just use overall it's so much easier and dynamic potential is broken so why bother. Every big club should always have 1-2 prospects or wonderkids they are trying out via rotation anyway. I use a phone randomizer app and use it to decide things like my budget (although this season, the career mode budget is way better- ie- teams are selling under, at, and above their "values". Not the old days of basically 1.5-2x their "value".
No matter who I'm building a campaign with (currently also doing Juventus) I decide the core 4 that cannot be sold or loaned for the first 1 or 2 seasons. Then I randomize not by potential or overall specifically- but use terms like "prospect, bench, starter, superstar"- and I'll have more prospect/bench than starters, and more starters on the wheel to hit than superstar.
I really wish they would integrate a feature that NCAA14 Football had which they called "pipeline"- basically it's already established relationships. So a smaller club that has loaned/sold players to another club, and the stronger the connection the more options are available- for instance options of much better players. That's the one thing I have yet to find with any career mode- you can't loan a starter from another team- when it happens all the time in real life. I would also really like to integrate some of the more well known youth academies at a deeper level- maybe even having to watch youth academy games to "scout" prospects. Something. Currently scouting is basically bullshit- it's your youth academy or the chore of waiting to see the stats of a player you want to transfer in- which should just be in plain view- why do we have to wait 9 days to find out their stats.
Obviously they need to either eliminate or go much deeper on the pre match and post match interviews- same pointless questions just to boost "morale". 3 things determine morale in reality- 1. How the player is performing- ratings, and play time. 2. How well the team is performing. 3. Wage/Bonuses. I'm 100% done with the interviews.
It also feels a little "clunky" on the ball this year. Still too many quick changes of possession that would never happen, and it's so slow on default.
You should put ages on the wheel like red=30+ type thing as I feel like that is more challenging

Yellow= don't buy anyone
Light blue =buy free agent
Blue =buy may 80 potential
Pink = buy max 80 overall (any potential)
Purple= buy max 88 potential
Green= buy anyone

The wheel can be the region to sign contract like Europe, South America, Africa, Asia, etc or age range like 17-21, 22-24, 25-27,... or maybe both.

Hi Cani, just a quick suggestion to make career mode fun/challenging, how about we give the wheel generator a try and you have 2 spin categories.
1) 1st spin: Ratings eg. 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84 etc. (based on the said season rating)
2) 2nd spin: Positions eg GK, LB, RB, CB etc. (based on the said season positioning)
You will need to get a player that is based on where the wheel lands, you are allowed to have 3 or 4 spins per season. Always free to edit/add more categories to make it more exciting/challenging.

For every good one there should be a bad one too. Eg sign a 85+ potential and a forfiet could be sell an 85+ potential player
I would love to see a Juve rebuild done with a full reset. Get rid of everyone over 23 and starting again. Using the talented youth, soule, maretti, fagoli, rovella as the key players
