I know I can get it on a smartphone. Where do you think the source of that audio comes from? A scanner most of the time. I can connect my radio scanner to my computer and host a broadcastify stream if I wanted to. It's just better with a real scanner because I can hear it in real time compared to the online stream since most of the time it has 45 second to 1 minute delay.
