I started watching because her videos are like stress relief but now I to do my nails in my free time. No where as good as hers but still so fun and cute! I ordered a stamping kit and can't wait to try it! On that note, if anyone has recommendations of good black and white polishes for stamping, please let me know! :)

As an avid and professional antique/new/custom bead dealer years and years ago, I really wanted to make my own canes. The "tubes" Suzie is referring to is what have been made and used for Millefiori Beads for centuries. Have fun exploring all of this, it will open a whole new world to you, as it did for me.

So thankful I held onto my fimo. I had fruit nails years ago and then stuffed the rest of the fimo in a drawer and forgot about them. Super nostalgic. I know what I’m doing tonight!
    Beautiful design ❤️

If you keep cutting on ceramic or glass, you will constantly blunt your knife. Cut the canes on a textured plastic kitchen/cutting board, they won't slip and slide all over then either and you can cut much thinner slices. 😉

It looks like a citrus punch, so adorable. I had some Fimo pieces I bought years ago, my daughter recently ran off with them to put in her slime. Thank goodness she used my craft glitter and not my nail glitters with it too. I was so mad she didn't ask. But I'm going to look for some of those Hello Kitty ones, for my daughter for when I do her nails.

Beautiful as always Suzie! You're right, there's something about tiny, mini versions of things that is so cute!
There's something about the sound of filing gel that is so pleasing! Obviously filing gel feels easier/softer (for want of a better word?! Lol!) than acrylic, but it sounds nicer too. I can even tell the difference listening to the video!

What would work well is the blade many clay artist use called a "tissue blade". You can get really super thin slices with it and use both hands for even pressure.

You have done some really beautiful designs before, but this one really stands out. It reminds me of lemon-lime sherbet, perfect for a hot summer day. And coming from my own personal bias, I'm soooo glad to see you using more hard gel. There really is no comparison to clear acrylic, gel for the win.

i love your channel so much it makes me so happy, and the music is so calming mixed with your voice. it's like the perfect mix for if you need something to listen to in the background while you study or draw, or a video to watch if you're trying to nod off because its so relaxing to listen to and to watch. two big thumbs up
