Part 2: I have seen many concerts, but the “crowd noise” from the Stones shows is unique - specifically it is the crowd noise between songs and before the concert starts. You have captured this very well. Does anybody else feel this at Stones’ concerts? It is an addictive noise - anticipatory, happy, and excited, and continuous.
One of the great songs from their best album 'Let It Bleed' in my opinion. Nicky Hopkins piano work early on is clear and simple but brilliant. Then add Charlie, Keith and Co to the mix with Jagger's crazy lyrics and the result is magic! Long live The Rolling Stones!
Without a doubt this is the best Stones video ever made - certainly the best Keith video. Thanks for all your hard work on this. The correlation between the music and the visual images is fantastic, and it really hits me. There might be Sir Jagger BUT your vidoeo reminds us who the King is - King Richards!!
What a tribute to Keith. He hasn't always made the best life decisions, but he sure as hell has made some of the best riffs. Also Charlie Watts, ladies and gents. He's killing it on the drums.
You can't judge Keef's life choices by the standards of the rest of us - Keef exists in some alternate, rock n roll reality, where the normal rules don't apply!
Holy Shit! At first I clicked this cause I thought it was an unreleased track of Keith doing vocal on this track, then I was disappointed that it was the original studio version....THEN I was blown away by the video. Seriously man, I have major ADD and this video kept my attention the ENTIRE time. One of the best edited things Ive ever seen. Bravo Zulu mate!
This is perhaps the best collection of images put of a Stones song I have ever seen...and I have been looking for decades...thanks for the immense effort
Almost 50 I've been around a while, since buying my first album Toys In The Attic in 1976 and Steve Miller Book Of Dreams in 77', and Zep has always been my ultimate band, but there's something about The Stones and the way they tapped into the dark side with songs like this, Sympathy, Gimme Shelter, Sister Morphine, and so many others. I can see Martin Scorcesse's fascination with them going all the way back to his film Mean Streets in 1973! He know's that these guy's are tapped into something much bigger than what he can do as one of this generations best directors.
Jeebus Christo I just saw this for the first time. This is respect, this is art in motion, this is love of the first order. It is the best I've ever seen. Much gratitude CandyFrOmStrangers. You captured a moment that spanned decades with a jewelers eye.
wow amazing videos great pictures of Keith doing his thing on stage I like that picture of Keith ant the end of video looks like a 2 or 3 years old Keith with his mom .
Keith Richards---rock and roll survivor.Seriously,it's amazing that Keith-like Ozzy Osbourne,is still around.Hell, those guys will probably outlive Justin Bieber...
Thanks, what a treat! Beauty job eh? OMG junked out or not, Keith is so hot in 72 on the exile tour with his long hair and scarf, white shirt phase! This is one of my fav stone's songs..loved it in "Goodfellas".
haha absolute amazin' , had allways love( in my teen years, when we hear Bootlegs around) the anouncement:"welcome,.., the rolling stones"on Bootlegs, this edit is a great tribute^^ keep the good work going on o_O:)
This is for anyone who doubts Keith as being one of the most creative and best rythym guitar players in rock 'n roll or for that matter Jagger as one of the best vocalist. Welcome Aerosmith's entire career with just this song.
Keith is coolest dude alive since Elvis died. He is a the greatest guitar player ever. I live for the greatest rock n roll band fucking ever. Since Elvis he is the coolest dude ever
+Alex Young I find that hard to believe. I heard they use to get pharmaceutical cocaine, rather than highly adulterated street stuff, and that may also be true for Keith's opiates, too. Pharmaceutical opiates actually aren't damaging to health (other than addictiveness), its all the added crap that goes into street drugs that actually does the damage. That might be a better explanation of why Keith is still alive, rather than the route of administration.
I don't think I would have liked Keef as a friend in the Stones' golden age (1960s-70s). I like this Keith Richards now, now that he has his head together. He seems like a really good bloke.
the stones should make you their official videographer. fantastic production, and you synced the guitar and drum parts masterfully. just curious - is their an autism connection, which you mentioned in a prior response to a post?
What can you say,Keith Richards is the poster child of Rock &Roll, always been, always will be.Plain & simple.
I can't imagine a world without Keith Richards...
Neither can I
It's gonna suck
Oh man I saw that and thought we lost him and I felt really sick! Glad you wrote that 10 yrs ago and Keith is very much still here.
Part 2: I have seen many concerts, but the “crowd noise” from the Stones shows is unique - specifically it is the crowd noise between songs and before the concert starts. You have captured this very well. Does anybody else feel this at Stones’ concerts? It is an addictive noise - anticipatory, happy, and excited, and continuous.
yes its a massive all encompassing energy
THE WOMAN JUST SOUNDED DRUNK.😅
Ooof,,,what a gorgeous man Keith is, love his smile and that swagger~confidence is darn right intoxicating…❤
This is incredible! Those shots of Keith are out of this world.
Nicky is lie Billy Preston. Something to hang your hat on.
Definitively Hopkins, open your ears.
All the great keyboard players often overlooked Stew,Chuck, Billy, Nicky all world class.
No offense, but second best album. Sticky Fingers is first. Peace!
Keef. Beast. The Best. Rock AND Roll.
This is The guitar solo that always is so good to hear... Every time.
Fantastic work of artistic editing. An absolute joy to watch. Thank You so much for putting this together. LOVED IT!!!!

I love you Keef! Always have, always will. Forever! ❤
You've put this best😄

I would say that keith has made all the right life choices, lol... too many people think inside the box

Keith said he was never a needle man, that's why he is still alive...
