Madden 25 has potential to be good but I don't think it will ever reach its full potential until the NFL takes away their exclusive license. We need 2k and other companies to be able to create NFl games too so that the competition is higher. That would push EA to be innovative.
This is exactly right. They don’t feel any pressure from other companies threatening their sales so they get to put out the same or similar mediocre game cleverly year without much repercussions
i'll get madden when it's on sale and same for CFB25 cause with any sports game these days buying it day 1 is not worth it to me with the issues that happen and then i have to wait for a month or so to maybe have it fixed , tuned and so on . i do think as well that the return of the CFB game will give some needed pressure on madden to listen to the SIM/FM players because like you said if they don't we will just stick with CFB
